I ordered a medium which is what I always wear and it was so big. Found out it is unisex which means it's also cut for a medium man. Then they allow absolutely no exchanges or refunds. So what are students expected to do? Obviously we can't use another company but be advised that the lab coats. Sweaters, and everything that comes from Utica college and this company is unisex and not the traditional medium we are used to.
