This could be a 5 star review but Ms. Jackie with the sleep disorder unit was rude and difficult…read moreand therefore I refuse to give this place 5 stars. Parking was plentiful. We found the sleep disorder unit on the 2nd floor easily. Check in was easy breezy as I did the required registration process online prior. Waited roughly 10 min before being called back. Nurse asked a bunch of questions and then Dr. Staheli came in. He also asked a bunch of questions before agreeing to do the sleep study. After speaking with the doc he walked us to Ms. Jackie. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but she was rude and seemed bothered by doing a job and made us walk back up front to reception to get our insurance card scanned. The sweet gals told me they were so sorry that she made us walk back to the front and what an inconvenience when it could have been handled by Ms. Jackie. They scanned my card. Sent me back to Ms. Jackie, and then Ms. Jackie has the nerve to ask me to pull out my insurance card to verify the info! What?! After verifying the info matched she rudely told me a few dates that we could do the sleep study. I chose a date. She then told me I had to be back on a specific date fir the follow up with results. When I asked if my child needed to be present she said yes very rudely. I said well that date was her first day of school and I wouldn't let her miss it. She gave me the next date and said if you don't take this date you won't get your results for another 2 months after. Uh, ok, then give me the next date, she wrote it in a business card handed it to me and said expect a phone call from the sleep clinic a day before and don't be late. She turned back to her desk and we left, I do not look forward to dealing with her again, and I hope on our follow up I don't have to!!!

I spent 45 minutes on hold last Thursday and was advised that my records would be sent by Monday…read more When I contacted my new provider today, they confirmed they have not received anything. I then spent over an hour on the phone trying to get an update. After finally using the callback feature, I was told that records requests can take up to two weeks and that my only option was to submit a request through the online portal. When I contacted the Medical Records department directly, I was again referred to the online portal and told that once a request is received, it typically takes 2-3 business days to process. The inconsistent timelines and lack of accountability are extremely frustrating. Every conversation results in being redirected to an online portal, with no one seemingly able to provide a clear status update or assistance. What has happened to customer service? Adding to my concerns, Revere Health recently experienced a data breach affecting approximately 10,800 patients through unauthorized access to patient information via a third-party payment platform. Given these circumstances, I am even more concerned about the handling and transfer of my medical records. At this point, I would appreciate a clear explanation of where my records request stands, when the records will be transmitted, and a direct point of contact who can take ownership of resolving this issue. The current process has been time-consuming, confusing, and unacceptable.

I've been to many, many chiropractors in my life but NONE of them has been able to help me like Dr…read more Gurney. I've been going to him for over a decade now and I never want to go anywhere else. He is never pushy, never tries to "up-sell" anything, and is just a super nice guy on top of being super knowledgeable. I was in a car wreck in 2004 and ever since then I've been going on an as-needed basis to get adjusted (he never says you have to come back all the time either!) As I've visited Aspen Chiropractic over the years, Dr. Gurney has made a HUGE difference in my health and quality of life. On top of helping my neck, two particular times stick out: 1. I was literally scheduled for carpel tunnel surgery and went in to Dr. Gurney to get my neck adjusted. While talking to him I mentioned it and he offered to adjust my arms. He explained exactly what was causing the carpel tunnel problem, and it wasn't even my wrists (which is what my doctor was going to operate on). Within two visits he had completely cured my symptoms and given me some stretches to use to keep the problem from recurring. It's been over 6 years now, and I've never had the problems again!!! 2. I was experiencing vertigo and had been referred to neurologists, had MRI's and EEG's, and was looking at thousands of dollars of additional tests because doctors were stumped. Again I was in for my monthly neck/back adjustment and told Dr. Gurney my situation. He offered to try some "voodoo" on me if I was willing. I figured what the heck, since nothing else was working. He used body resistance readings to prescribe me some powerful oregano oil pills and said it was probably a parasite. I took the pills (way cheaper than the medicines I'd been given) and again my symptoms were totally cured within a week, never to return. I could keep going, but I just happened to see the bad reviews on Yelp and I knew I had to share my experience. Dr. Gurney is amazing and he's also the most affordable chiropractor in the valley (usually $40/visit). Ignore the haters and try Aspen Chiropractic!

Been busy catching up on life and forgot to put a review in for this establishment. Now anyone who…read morereads my reviews know it's all about food but on occasion I'll call other businesses for either very good or very poor products and services. In the case of this review I was to say this is a great place for physical therapy. I had surgery in January and the physical therapy element of recovery was not a short one. Some people can take up to 1.5 years for full recovery with constant focus on the physical elements to strengthen and maintain muscles but even then there is no guarantee. It requires patience and perseverance during and post physical therapy. My therapy session last 3 month and by the end, I was in a position to be active again and although the road ahead required me to follow through with the exercises to regain what was lost. It's been 12 month since surgery and would consider myself at 90% partly due to apathy on my part to perform the necessary training. I enjoyed working with the staff specifically Miaja and Jordon at this location: professional, accommodating, knowledgeable and kind. I historically did not put much faith in PT, but after this experience can say my belief is these folks really can help make your way back to an improved outcome.
