Do you really need exact dates for the x-rays or wouldn't a year work well enough?) for a 5-min appointment where they had me verbally answer everything again anyways. (And still, after all that, the home address on my labs at the end of the visit is still wrong, bc their back-end systems don't seem to update data based on the info I submit?) Nurse Practitioner Brittney Hemingway seemed to be in a hurry to schedule me for a followup, jumped to conclusions about my goals / what I wanted, didn't ask very thorough questions, had a dismissive attitude, told me to set up a second appointment after I do four PT sessions in order to review my lab results rather than just calling me or letting me get my lab results pre-PT (pretty sure that's coercion? I shouldn't have to have pre-reqs to get my labs back), and seemed more concerned about meeting insurance checkboxes / issuing me a prescription I didn't want or ask for than actually listening and working with me. Obviously needs TIC re-training--visits like this are precisely why I hate doctors. Waste of time.

The downside is that you can expect to be in the waiting room for a long time to get in and then the medical room after your scheduled appointment time before you will actually see the doctor. But somehow once you see him he makes the wait worth it. 5 stars for the Doctor, -1 star for the wait.

I literally waited an hour. When I finally asked the receptionist wearing scrubs why I couldn't get a text indicating they were running late, she told me the office does not text patients. I showed her the text. She called the Office Manager. He didn't know any more. My name was finally called and I was placed in an empty room. A young man in blue jeans and a plain shirt: no lab coat, no tie, no scrubs, no ID, begins to ask me medical questions. I asked if he was the doctor. He said no, he was a Medical Assistant. We got up and left after one hour, 10 minutes. Another receptionist had to call the Office Manger to ask for help refunding my copay. I think if any medical service provider is running behind schedule, waiting patients ought to be notified and given the opportunity to re-schedule.
