my dad and I saw these guys 30 years ago and called up to see if we can start working with them again because we're looking for chronic pain management and they called me back and said that 30 years ago I must've been sent to collections from them which is not correct so they wouldn't treat me.. I just want to let everybody know that these guys do not care about you and your pain. they are all about the money. I can't prove that I don't own anything from 30 years ago and they can't prove that I do either and it doesn't show on my credit. I'd recommend just staying away There's a lot of good doctors out there who do a much better job. And won't send you away for a fake 30 year old bill. They couldn't even tell me the amount.. or give me a chance to pay it. literally. read more

I have been very happy with my experiences with the staff and Dr Donaldson. It must get tiring to hear people complain about their pain everyday but you would never know it. Had my first visit with a Spinal Interventions appointment was at 1 o'clock got in at 1:05 seeing the doctor at 1:10. Everyone is very professional. Everybody was very nice. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. Went the next day to get my injection called in five minutes after my appointment. The staff and Doctors are amazing. I will not be returning to Spinal Interventions. I liked Dr. Stringham, however his office staff leaves ALOT to be desired! They are terrible about calling back and calling back with the correct information. I was lied to on a few occasions. I know this by confirming with my referring doctor as to what he explained to the staff at Spinal Interventions about my medical issue. I REALLY wanted to have a great experience with Spinal Interventions, but sadly I did not. My advice is to go somewhere else. :( read more

My Mom pre-registered online and then still spent over an hour filling out paperwork before her appointment. Patients who arrived long after my Mom were seen first. She also called and left messages before anyone bothered to call her back to schedule an appointment. Very bad first impression and I can only hope the doctor gives her the attention she needs. read more

They offer perks for 5* reviews, falsely inflating their ranking. If you're in pain and want to go to voicemail everytime you call, then not get a call back until the next day, this is the place for you. If you like appointments to not be available for weeks, always talk to the physician's assistant and never the actual doctor, then this is your place. I am so upset that we were strung along for a year before we ended up going someplace else. Yes I am bitter, because it was my own stupidity for not leaving earlier. This is the worst pain management group in my opinion. Office staff break HIPAA law then the management cancel you when you want to talk to them about it. Then they refuse to provide your script until you can get into another pain management office as the law requires. Having to hire a lawyer just to make sure I don't end up hospitalized or worse. Have no idea if the nurses and doctors know what management is doing, they refuse to let you see or talk to them. True God complex that is putting patients lives at risk! Beware, avoid if you want true care and pain management instead of hateful cancel culture! read more

Less interested in your health and safety than your money. Their doctors have no regard for your health. They change medications without discussing it with you. If you do dare to ask them why or object to their actions without consent they threaten you. They will attempt to have you go through dangerous procedures repeatedly even if they procedure has no effect. During the height of the covid19 out break in direct contradiction to guidelines from the cdc they not only continued to perform injections that are known to be immunosuppressants they withheld that information and attempted to pressure patients into doing them. The cdc told Doctors in the entire country in early April that any of these procedures that were not life saving in nature should be avoided until the NATIONAL EMERGENCY (the first one in over 100 years) had ended. For reference the last national emergency was the Spanish flu. This killed 20 - 50 million people in a time out world population was less than 2 billion. In short they represent everything wrong with our health care system. read more

Referred to this place from a friend for an employment opportunity. Went through the process of the first interview and everything went great, even got a call back the same day for a second interview to shadow the position and learn more about my role. Everything went great on that Friday the second interview and they informed me they would let me know by Tuesday given Monday was memorial day. Fast forward to Tuesday I had no received no word back so on Wednesday I had called and left a voicemail, there policy is to get back to someone within 24 hours (says in their voicemail) following up and seeing where we are at with everything. Again everything to this point had gone smooth and felt reassuring only to it end in complete lack of communication and to be ghosted. Overall really awful experience with this company and management. It isn't a difficult conversation to say you went with a different candidate but to ghosted shows character of a company. For being a pain relief clinic they sure do a great job at adding more. read more

So far so good, I had put The appointment in my phone for an hour later than what they had me scheduled. I didn't get a reminder text or email like some officers do but when they told me I was late and I realized I'd be a mistake they told me they could work me in. It seems like the option to be put out during your procedure is pretty standard there. They tell you it will cost $75 if your insurance doesn't cover it I kind of doubt anybody's insurance covers it. I do think that something that could be figured out before hand. Although they say it can't. But I also think it's worth the $75. Initially I thought I was trading a poke in the back for a poke in the hand so they could run an IV, but The lady that did my IV was wonderful I didn't feel a thing. They don't want you to drive yourself home. I have been a lot more tired and groggy than I expected to be. And my injection sight hurts, my neck also feels stiff. I called got no answer so I left a message because they told me to expect to feel groggy but they also told me I might feel less pain today and feel like I could do stuff but I actually feel a little more pain. They said they would give me a call back before the end of the day if that happens I'll bump the rating up a star. I am disappointed that I didn't get a reminder text because these are kind of big deal appointments, and I'm disappointed that I actually feel worse than they said I might so I'm waffling between a three and four star rating. read more

Avoid this place like the plague. Your pain is their gain, on their terms and timeline. You will wait two hours past your appointment time to see them and then receive poor treatment one month later by a doctor who only comes into the office once a week. read more

I have insurance and asked if I could wait 6 days until my flex card is reloaded to pay the copay (I even offered to pay 20 of the 35.00). They made me walk out of the procedure. This is absolutely ludicrous. They lost me for $15.00 that they would have gotten from me in less than a week. If the medical team is as inflexible and (honestly, dim) as the billing department, I don't trust them. They made me feel very small, and left my pain untreated. They lost my insurance money AND my small copay. I don't write bad reviews but this was unusually bad. read more
