I'd recommend just staying away There's a lot of good doctors out there who do a much better job. And won't send you away for a fake 30 year old bill. They couldn't even tell me the amount.. or give me a chance to pay it. literally.

They constantly quoted me one price and then charged a higher price because my appointments took "too long." They kept coming up with ideas for expensive treatments that we provided by their own company -- interventional radiology, physical therapy. They are not responsible for the "opiod epidemic" but they are a huge part of problem, profiting from unnecessary services where the money goes into their pockets or those of sister companies. Then when there was a billing discrepancy, it took them two months to claim I had failed a drug test that turned out to be a false positive. They put me through a bunch of crap just to make more money and to be on the receiving end of the racket known as pain management. I don't want to provide more detail here because it would identify me to them, just look at all the reviews and find some other place. Or move to Nevada or CA and look into medical cannabis treatments :)

It is definitely older and in need of some slight renovations and carpet, but the true quality is in the staff. The receptionists are always kind and non-judgmental. Dr. Richard Jackson was the sweetest and kindest and performed my surgeries well. Dr. Kirt Kimball is indeed arrogant, although I knew that going in and pleasantly discovered he was not condescending (which is my worry for any cocky doctor). We hit it off great and I believe we parted with mutual respect for each other. I trust his opinion since he is also on the surgical team for the BYU athletes and my injuries are due to hard physical activity.

I shouldn't have to have pre-reqs to get my labs back), and seemed more concerned about meeting insurance checkboxes / issuing me a prescription I didn't want or ask for than actually listening and working with me. it sucks that the only hospital near me, is one with the most self consumed staff. the ER here is…read morean absolute joke. the staff that work the counter at ER check in are too busy chatting and making jokes with their employees to even get you checked in. i waited in line for 10 extra minutes (on top of the 30 i already waited) so a child could pick out a sticker they didn't even want while i was spraying blood out of my leg and soaked in blood. once you finally get past check in and into an actual room, the nurses and doctors there are nicer and actually competent but trust me, if you get these same ladies at the ER check in - request a change in nurse! photo added of their staff names that night.

I request an itemized bill with CPT codes which is exactly what they give every insurance company who requests but they will not provide me one unless I call a number with long wait times and then 3 out of 4 times after promissing they will send that it is never sent. I have left multiple requests with various facilities and made many calls but they have never provided a solution or fix and continue to send me to the same broken system, which promises they will send required paperwork and typically does nothing.
