We drove the 4 hours there with everything splinted and it was beyond horrible. The second he walked in and saw me crying he very compassionately told me it would all be ok, that he would admit me into the hospital to regulate the pain and monitor the baby and that he would do the surgery the next day, Christmas Eve. He did an amazing job and him and his staff have been so great thru my recovery. It's been a long process but I couldn't ask for better care.

But communication with the front desk staff and the providers is ridiculous. I called everyday for three days straight after my appointment to remind them to send the referral for an MRI. You can't schedule an MRI without a referral or your insurance won't pay their portion. They continually told me "we'll get right on that." Or "we just sent it!" When they in fact, did not send it. Two weeks later, my MRI shows torn ligaments and physical therapy is needed. Same issues as before. I can't get staff to send a referral to the physical therapy office. So I called everyday, multiple times a day, and the office staff continue to give me the run around. Faxing a referral is pushing 12 buttons on a printer. It is more work for them to answer my phone calls and give me the run around. Kate and Will are the two up front with the excuses. Just do your job, or go home. I came in for help, instead I get to continue walking around on torn ankle ligaments waiting for Will and Kate to fax a referral.

Since I never signed up for text bill notifications (ever), I drop all providers who automatically generate them.

He comes in super late and seems to be in a rush. He gives my girlfriend a prescription for UTI thankfully but just walks out in a rush without giving my girlfriend time to talk about the infection on her gums that's really bugging her. Do not ever go here, and we're finally going to stop tiptoeing around this place and just leave.
