The outside doors that lead into the storage units don't seem to lock at all, not even at night and the doors themselves are very flimsy and thin. Wouldn't be hard for someone to break it down. Some of my things had been chewed on by what I'm assuming are rats (see attached photos) and there was so much poop in my boxes as well as dead spiders. The real kicker was a dead snake stuck to some duct tape on one of my boxes. You read that right. A DEAD SNAKE! I'll say it again, if you value your stuff DO NOT STORE IT HERE!!!!!

I am writing this review after having my Stor-Mor shed for over 13 years. The reason I am writing…read moreabout our 13 year new shed is because of the value, dependability, and excellent craftsmanship of it. My shed has been used extensively over the past few years. It is still in excellent shape and all the original parts are still functioning properly. We are in the market for a new one and they are still the lowest price with an excellent track record with us. Ours is a 10x20 Gable. We painted it to match our house colors. I have never had any issues or concerns with it. I will miss it but I recently visited Stor-Mor shed and I am "VERY Impressed" with the numerous shed options. The work bench, loft, and window. Yes, my next shed will have all 3 added features. I am looking forward to this purchase. So, if you are looking for a dependable and durable shed this is it. NO Exceptions!

The numerous callbacks we had were for the substandard materials used on our greenhouse but Brittany scheduled her employees to come back and fix them. They have a quality control department for this business but it appears they need to be more diligent on inspecting the quality of the materials used on a greenhouse or a shed which is why I only gave a 3*. I would recommend this company but be sure you inspect the materials being used if you hire them.

Although 24 hour access is not an option here, they do make the units plenty available outside of their office hours. I mean, really, who needs to get into their storage unit at midnight anyways? When you rent a unit, you are given an individual access code that opens the drive up the security gate. There are plenty of cameras around so little goes unnoticed. The property is kept very clean and tidy; I did not see one piece of litter on the entire property. Here is what makes them special. Service. Storage units are at a premium here in Boise, so if you find one available, it won't be for long. I rented a unit for two months and paid the security deposit and both months all at once. The manager, who is both very kind and professional, informed me at my signing that they "like" 30 days notice if they can get it before termination. Long story short, two weeks later I learned I would not need the unit at all. I gave them a call to inform them and they were over-the-moon fair in refunding my prepaid rent. They had every opportunity to make easy money and instead, they chose to provide a fair neighborly solution; I like that kind of business. I got the feeling this is just how they operate as a business every day. I like that. :) Go prepared, they do not accept credit cards, but will accept your check or of course cash.
