Joseph Greenbaum has been a valuable consultant as I've worked through the development and positioning of Raymond AI. He takes the time to understand both the technology and the business behind it, asks the right questions, and provides practical feedback rather than generic advice. I've especially appreciated his ability to look at Raymond from an outside perspective and challenge how I explain the product, its value, and where it fits in the market. Our conversations have helped me refine the way I think about the product and communicate what makes it different. I met with Joseph again recently, and the discussion was productive, candid, and useful. He brings a good balance of business perspective, technical understanding, and straightforward feedback. I would recommend him to anyone looking for thoughtful guidance on an AI product, technology business, or go-to-market strategy. read more

I worked with Joseph to build out a custom database for a business project, and I found him to be incredibly easy to work with, incredibly responsive by email, and incredibly effective. While my experience working with him skews more towards software development than traditional IT, I would recommend him to absolutely anyone for absolutely any purpose. He is a great guy, and an expert at what he does. read more

Wow, Joseph was able to solve my Quickbooks issue in under 15 minutes. Prior to contacting him, I spent 3 hours with Quickbooks support and they could not fix my issues. I highly recommend his services! read more

I received fantastic service and assistance from Joseph. I don't know what I would've done without all of his help!

I found Joe randomly and he helped build a music server system for me including the archiving of many thousands of ripped CDs. Sadly he inadvertently created duplicate databases which means I have multiple copies in different locations of my digital musical library. I bought multiple desktop computers from him and he charged me several thousand of dollars in services over several years. He is not incompetent, just persnickety and officious to work with. His calendar is not easy and I always had the impression I was low as a priority. Most egregiously, once I decided to sever my relationship and not pay the next year's service renewal, $700+, he threatened me with collection (ongoing) and remotely disabled my music system. so now all his work is useless to me. This vicious and petty act was far beyond my imagination. I could never recommend him to anyone looking for flexible IT support from a nice guy. He's not a nice guy. He's got the soul and heart of a bureaucrat. Actually the people at the AZ DMV are more accommodating. read more

Joseph has been great with consulting for my business. He gave me some great cyber security insights. I am dentist so having secure network and following HIPAA for patients are very important to me. When I found out he's also a travel agent, I booked thru him for my CE class. He saved me a good amount of money and made it easier for me. Very reliable and professional. read more

Joseph is amazing, Anytime I have a question or problem he is there. Exceptional customer service and knowledge. I have never been happier.

I almost fell for this scam they contacted me by email saying my subscription is about to expire the next day I should call them and let them know if I want to cancel a renewal if not they will automatically bill me for continued support. I called their number and spoke to an operator and informed him that I wish to not renew the operator instructed me to go to a website and download software that would except his cancellation number. So glad I stopped and questioned him and didn't download. if I had perhaps malware would be on my computer and my troubles amplified. TOTAL SCAM read more

Mr. Greenbaum is skilled in remote access solutions. I was having serious issues at work with an impossible deadline. I had 4 IT guys try to work things out, but none of them really knew how to get me the answers I needed. I'm happy to say Joseph saved the day within a few hours and walked me through, step by step, giving me not only a solution, but a method of helping others at my work having the same issues. In addition, I initially met him while he was a nightlife photographer. He produced very high quality photos of my friends and I. I recommend him for professional headshots, weddings and events. read more

We have had us tech support for years. I made a change from a three computer subsciption to a one subscription and they double charged me in the month i made the change. Then they proceeded to continue charging the wrong amount. Waited over 1hour to talk with a rep in another country not the US as they claim. Finally got a call back and explained the situation. The person who was very hard understand credited me back the wrong charge for the larger plan but said that the double charge in dec was valid as I agreed to make the change and agreed to the second charge. Why would I agree to be double charged? When I asked to speak with a supervisor they said they were unavailable when I questioned further as they said that they had just spoken with a supervisior they stated they were able to answer questions not to speak with anyone. HMMMM!!!! does a supervisor even exist? When asked for a call center in the US they stated that this company does not have such a call center in the US. Deception maybe as they say US based. We will be looking for another computer tech group I do not appreciate their practices. Others may have a good review of these guys and yes when you talk to the actual techs who say they are in the US and are easy to understand they do a good job, billing and customer service are another story all together. read more

I took Joseph up on his offer for a complimentary computer check, and to help me figure out an external hard drive issue. In a short amount of time, he was able to clean my computer and get the hard drive functioning properly. Even when he told me about a few things to keep an eye on or about his other available services, he wasn't pushy about it at all. I really appreciate that. Now everything is running perfectly. Overall, I had a great experience working with Joseph, and would recommend him to anyone with computer needs. read more
