The service is inconsistent, it does not get pick up everyday. This is becoming more normal. If this is the new way of doing business I wish everyone new what the new rules were, so that my bills got picked up everyday and made it to there destination on time. Super friendly, couple dozen parking spots (ok its harder on the weekends) 730am-6pm hrs during the week! And open until 130pm in Saturday! Always super friendly and helpful employees. I've forgotten packing tape in the past and been obliged, and helped to get the cheaper shipping options etc. Being downtown I had been super nervous to try this one out but parking and service make it worth it. Pro tip: while passports can be gotten here during the week and weekend - everyone seems to come on the weekend so be prepared for long lines (which impedes parking for the post office too.) read more

At first sight of the 2 long lines for the window and passports I thought to myself this is definitely a 90 minute thing. Plus how bad would it have been if we didn't have the right paperwork etc. This employee came out to make people had what they needed and went and got them a certain form if needed. Since we were renewing passports she took us checked our paperwork and reviewed for any missing info. AMY N was without a doubt the best of the best on this crowded Saturday morning. Sent a few packages from Florida to Massachusetts and just received a photo of a severely damaged package that Was delivered. Absolutely horrible and I paid 36.15 to ship it but didn't purchase the insurance. Just cause someone doesn't purchase insurance doesn't mean you can trash the packages. I mean really you just decided to toss it around like a ball...I WILL NOT use USPS shipping ever again...absolutely disgusted with this....maybe you should hire people that take pride in their work....but I know that no one from USPS looks at these reviews and no one will call or even respond to give a reason on why this happened.....its sad that a government agency that our tax dollars pay for doesn't care about the people it services..... read more

This is the main Branch for the city of Worcester and an absolute cluster flop to get into the parking lot which is way too small for such a busy location. On the plus side are their longer hours of operation. They also have a pretty big retail store within this location to fulfill your postal needs. read more

I have been going to this office to send out a few international packages. Most of my experience has been great and luckily the staff, Neil, has been doing a great service to me in terms of explaining costs and delivery method available. I really appreciate his help. I am putting 3 stars here because a recent experience with another staff was terrible. She did not show the patience. When I asked her to do a extra taping for my package, she coldly responded as ' that's what I am doing'. This is not the way how you treat customer. I will not send my package with her any more. read more

The last two times I came here I had the nicest customer service ever. The staff was very helpful and did not mind waiting a couple envelopes for me for me to determine which stamps I need it for my wedding invitation. Everyone was very nice the line moved very quickly and I'm very happy with the USPS services provided as opposed to my previous review. read more

Mail was to be held until I picked it up. It wasn't there when I went to get it plus they gave me a stack of mail that didn't even belong to me when I did get it!!! Wanted to speak to a supervisor SECOND time I went back and was told there was NO ONE I could speak to. They were ALL in a meeting! Yeah, right. I just wanted to give a huge "Thank You" again to Sarah at the E. Central Street branch. I was having an issue trying to get package delivered for Father's Day - sent to an old address, my fault, I just wanted to stop it in it's tracks so I could come pick it up. After calling the company, the USPS main number, and then leaving a message at this local branch, I decided to run down on my lunch from work. I got a call from Sharon as I was walking in, who was not the friendliest of people. She told me it was already returned to the shipper. I explained to her, it was JUST attempted this morning, how did it already go back, isn't on the truck still? It's only been a few hours?!? She proceeded to tell me that it was a big company, not some small post office and there was nothing she could do it was already sent back. I left, went in my car, called the company again, who told me to go back in there, that is not correct, and not how it works. So I did. I waited in line and got Sarah!!! Yay for Sarah!! I explained to her the whole saga, she took the information down, said she couldn't promise me anything, but she'd go in back and look. 5 minutes later she emerged with the package!! That's it - 5 minutes of time to look and find the package. Now if the manager, Sharon, who is suppose to be top tier customer service couldn't have done that, maybe she shouldn't be the manager..... just saying. It's all about customer service, and after that phone call with her, I was angry and disappointed that there was no way I could get my kids presents for their dad by Father's Day.
