He told me just to put the mail belonging to the other people in the mailbox tomorrow. I told him the last time we had a problem the person I spoke with was very accommodating. The prior time they told me they had a carrier on a route that was too big for him and they would switch that carrier to another route. I told him I was concerned that if I was getting mail from four different people our mail was also being delivered to others. Only then did he say he would put a note in for the carrier to let him know he had made mistakes. No regret, no politeness and no apology. Sheesh.

I have a miniature pintcher, 6 pounds, very friendly and playful, has no teeth ( she is old ) was loose at my yard and a mail carrier named Edy threat me not to deliver my mail anymore if I don't put the dog inside. The dog does not bite anyone, his fear of a small dog is ridiculous. He should not do this kind of work. Also,in his way out from my property, he forces my gate to the opposite side to purposely break it. This mail carrier is the only one delivering the mail by truck, he does not walk. Speaking with a few neighbors, they also complain about him, looks like he is always in a bad mood creating problems. read more

Instead of helping process the packages, the employee immediately told me she "needed to stop at 12" and repeatedly pressured me about the truck leaving. I have a disability that affects my cognitive processing under pressure, and the interaction caused me to become visibly overwhelmed and unable to pull up my QR codes quickly. When the clock hit 12, I was told "It's 12. I need to stop" and was refused service and told to leave, despite already being inside before closing. What upset me most is that there was no attempt at patience, flexibility, or basic empathy. Even if the packages couldn't make that day's truck, they still could have been accepted for the next shipment day. Because this happened on a Saturday before Memorial Day, I'm now delayed several extra days, which matters because reselling is currently my only source of income after losing my job due to disability. I understand employees have schedules and pickup deadlines, but customers who arrive before closing should not be treated this way. The interaction felt unnecessarily cold and dismissive.
