I prefer a USP box if I use UPS. They don't deliver to my past 2 buildings because the office is closed sometimes. Past residence rarely accepts packages. So, UPS places the package at a access point. That can cause problems traveling to it, getting my form to prove the package is mine... Using the UPS store is better. I usually use the USPS post office. Only UPS when Amazon... does not deliver to my PO. box. UPS store is a good 2nd option.

I went back in at my time and am told by some other kid that he's in the hospital and wont be coming in. Like, why didnt you say that earlier instead of making me wait 30 minutes? When I asked for the manager he pointed to his buddy and said he was the manager. Then why is the kid you're saying the manager commenting about how he doesn't think the notary is coming back in today while you're making a claim that he's in the hospital? Either way, both employees had zero care for wasting my time and went so far as to say. "Man, there's nothing we could do about it. It's the system that made your appointment." Well, you have control of the system and are confident your buddy isn't coming back, so you pick up the damn phone and call people with appointments. That's what you could have done about it.

A few days had passed since dropping off this box and the tracking number didn't reflect being picked up. I went down in person (a few times, thus being closed as mentioned previously) and inquired, and also mentioned about their "random hours". The guy got heated and said a employee just died of Covid and the recent loss of a family member, in regards of them being closed. Look, I get it. But when my box is M.I.A , last placed dropped off was with you, no sign on door except for "open" and the door is LOCKED. Put up a sign " Closed until XX due to recent family death". Annoying, but people will understand. As for my box, well they apparently had many waiting too go out. Took about 10 minutes to find it. Looking at the rear counter clutter, seems like they are struggling. Small biz's struggle in Spencer, but they're going to expedite it. Now I drop @ UPS box or go to Staples. Too bad, since they are conveniently close.

I'd bet to say I was one of the first customers to walk into this store when it first opened…read more Having been someone who both worked for the US Postal Service and travels around the world, I have a decent knowledge when it comes to mail and parcel delivery services. First, I'd like to say Pat it is one of the nicest and most personable workers I've seen in the industry ( including overseas branches ). He strives to remember customer names, and always cares about making sure customers are taken care of. Secondly, Pat offers some of best prices around ( for FedEx, USPS, and DHL). Sending important documents ( such as visa paperwork...etc.) can be extremely expensive, especially with government agencies. Having sent these kinds of documents numerous times, Pat has certainly saved me a decent amount of money. Lastly, every single item I've shipped has arrived (safely) and earlier than estimated. Overall, I'd highly recommend Postal Plus One. And I'm thankful to have entrusted my documents/packages to be sent there.

It's not everyday that I take the time to review a business, but sometimes a review is deserved,…read morefor better or worse. In the case of Chandler Coin Wash, I'm happy to say this will be a great review. The washing and drying machines in my building leave room for desire, and are often filled with other people's dirt, broken pens, gum, etc. So I found myself needing to find a laundromat that I could build a relationship with. Chandler Coin Wash was the third laundromat I tried, and as is often said, "Three times is a charm!" Like many folks, I became sick due to the current pandemic, and needed to have my laundry picked up, and then delivered when it was finished being washed and folded. If you've never had this service done for you, I don't recommend you try it at any of the other laundromats in town - I didn't have good experiences until I called Chandler Coin Wash. They came to my home the same day I called them. I realize that they don't always do this, and scheduling is necessary at times, but they're happy to work with people, and it shows! The nice man that took my laundry was professional, he wore a mask, and he was quick about his business! I asked him about the pricing, and I was Happy to learn that Chandler Coin Wash was easily the least expensive option available out of the three laundromats I had tried so far. The real treasure here though is what I received when I had my clothes delivered to me. First of all, if you've never had your clothes professionally washed, the difference between a home wash and a professional wash is amazing! These clothes smelled, and felt absolutely wonderful. Chandler Coin Wash though, despite having a lower price, got my clothes back to me in a much better fashion than any of the laundromats I had the opportunity to work with. I have to leave a note about the way they were folded. I don't know how they can possibly take the time to fold every article of clothing the way that they do, but one can tell that they pay a lot of attention to detail in a very meticulous fashion. I would highly recommend that everyone give Chandler Coin Wash a try if they're considering their pickup and drop-off service. I'll certainly be giving them my business for the foreseeable future, especially during this pandemic where going out to do laundry on one's own is not only time consuming, but can also pose a risk to one's safety. Give them a call! You'll be happy you did!

The driver is super friendly. For the most part, they stick to their scheduled pickup/drop off window. There was one time where they were early dropping off, but I work close by and have a lot of flexibility so that isn't a big deal for me. It's not the frugal option, but when there's room in the budget, I will always have Jimmy's do my laundry.
