I buy everything online from companies that stopped sending prepaid return labels so I have to…read morecreate them myself, but I don't have a printer. I went into the Pak-n-Ship at Pebblebrook Naples, FL to help me get the labels printed & the packages returned. The staff are the most helpful people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are so helpful. They even do extra things that need to be printed along with the labels, like reasons I am returning, etc. I don't even get invoices anymore so I have to create everything myself. I used to be able to just hand write everything myself on the invoices they sent and include them with the returns. they always print everything I will need, including a receipt for packages they've mailed. Even if I don't ask for a-receipt, I always get one. The woman who helped me today gave me plastic pouches to put the labels in before attaching them to the packages So nothing would happen to the labels if they got wet. Service is better than five stars. I think they deserve 10 stars for all the extra help they give! If they are eating lunch in the back and people come in for sssistance.they always come out and help them and interrupt their lunch. i've never seen that happen anywhere.
