I never thought I would reach the point of writing a Yelp review about a UPS employee, but after…read moremore than a year of dealing with the same individual, I've had enough. This location is incredibly convenient for me because it's so close to my workplace. I've been dropping off packages here regularly for well over a year, but I can confidently say I will NEVER return. There is a male employee with blonde/yellowish hair who is, without exaggeration, one of the rudest, most condescending, sarcastic, and downright miserable individuals I have ever encountered in a customer service setting. His attitude is consistently awful, and he treats customers as though they're inconveniencing him simply by walking through the door. His demeanor is often so unpleasant that I genuinely question how he continues to work in a customer-facing position. It's gotten to the point where I actually breathe a sigh of relief when I walk in and see that he's not working. Imagine being a regular customer and having to hope a particular employee isn't there just so you can drop off a package without being treated disrespectfully! What's even more frustrating is that I've read well over TEN other reviews describing similar experiences with what appears to be the SAME employee. Yet somehow, nothing seems to change. At this point, I have to wonder whether management is even paying attention to customer feedback or simply doesn't care. One unpleasant interaction can be overlooked. A bad day can be forgiven. But over a year of consistently rude, sarcastic, and unprofessional behavior is a pattern, not a bad day. This location may be convenient, but convenience is not worth being treated like garbage. I'll gladly drive farther to another UPS Store where basic courtesy and professionalism still exist. Management, your customers have been speaking up. Maybe it's time to start listening. To the employee I'm referring to, if you're reading this, I sincerely hope you have the day you deserve.

I really like the people who work here. They do the best they can. This location suffers from the…read moresame lack of employees that every facility does. It's especially bad in the winter when we suffer from arrogant stupid people from up north. The good part is that all of the Snow Birds have left and we can now get back to normal.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible…read more I mail quite a few items to my mother, whose mail is serviced from this location. Invariably it takes longer than expected to be delivered, or as we have experienced multiple times, items are not delivered at all. Several years ago when I was visiting her, we ordered an item from Amazon (I have an Amazon Prime account). Tracking the shipment, it showed that the item was delivered via the USPS, but we couldn't locate it ANYWHERE on her property. In fact, we watched the mail truck drive by the house that day, never stopping. When we called about this "delivery," we were told that the item was left at the next door neighbor's house (for what reason, one can only imagine). I immediately went there looking for it -- and NOPE -- nothing there. Called the Post Office back to gripe. This time I was told that they were "looking for it" and would get back with us. How can they "look for it" if they claim it's already been delivered? Well, sure enough, later that day the item showed up at the front door, with a ring on the doorbell to indicate there was something waiting for us to retrieve. My latest go-round with this location is with a flat-rate envelope I shipped from my hometown to my mother. It's got a tracking number on it, so I pulled it up online, only to be greeted with: "We attempted to deliver your item at 1:57 pm on November 24, 2017 in NAPLES, FL 34110 and a notice was left. " I immediately called my mother: she had NO mail delivery yesterday and there was NO notice left. The bizarre thing is that she was actually home all day since she was without a vehicle! Now, as I sit on hold on the phone for going on 40 minutes in an attempt to speak with someone regarding this "attempted" delivery, I'm reminded that instead of paying $6.65 to ship this item through the USPS and run the risk of it NOT being delivered, I should have bit the bullet, paid $10 and sent it UPS or FedEx instead. No wonder the USPS is losing billions every year!
