SCAMMER!!! I was quoted $80 for a Priority Mail envelope…read more When I questioned the price, the woman working at the desk was incredibly rude. I decided not to use their service and went to the USPS location across the street near Publix, where I paid $10 for the same type of Priority Mail service. I also spoke with the USPS employees about the price I had been quoted, they laughed and were surprised by the amount. They also told me the owner of the pack and ship, buys stamps and other supplies to upsell at their pack and ship store. I'm a local and have supported businesses in this area, including helping various businesses after the hurricane. I believe customers deserve to know when they may be paying significantly more than they would through USPS directly- and they certainly deserve to be treated with basic respect when asking a legitimate question about a price. I strongly recommend the USPS (which mins away) before using this Pack & Ship location. I will not be returning, and I'll be sharing my experience with other members of the local community.

I buy everything online from companies that stopped sending prepaid return labels so I have to…read morecreate them myself, but I don't have a printer. I went into the Pak-n-Ship at Pebblebrook Naples, FL to help me get the labels printed & the packages returned. The staff are the most helpful people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are so helpful. They even do extra things that need to be printed along with the labels, like reasons I am returning, etc. I don't even get invoices anymore so I have to create everything myself. I used to be able to just hand write everything myself on the invoices they sent and include them with the returns. they always print everything I will need, including a receipt for packages they've mailed. Even if I don't ask for a-receipt, I always get one. The woman who helped me today gave me plastic pouches to put the labels in before attaching them to the packages So nothing would happen to the labels if they got wet. Service is better than five stars. I think they deserve 10 stars for all the extra help they give! If they are eating lunch in the back and people come in for sssistance.they always come out and help them and interrupt their lunch. i've never seen that happen anywhere. I can't tell you how relieved I am that I have professionals that I can rely on to help get everything to wherever it is going. Thank you to the wonderful staff at pak-n-ship!!! I use them several times a week and they always give me a receipt. Every package I've ever given them has been sent &received in a very timely manner. They all work very hard and if someone comes in the office while they are not at the front desk someone always comes out right away to greet the customer. i've never had a package lost. they are all very friendly and very glad to help. They print a lot of labels for me because some companies that are supposed to send return labels with my purchases have stopped sending them. I just bring in the package, show them the label on my phone and they print & attach it and cover with plastic if necessary to prevent weather damage. It is so nice dealing with a business where everyone is so helpful and easy to work with. please give them a chance if you're using someone else. I know you won't be disappointed. Karen
