Amazing service. Did not have an appointment, but my wait was under an hour. Not sure if this is the norm, but that coupled with the assistance I received from Tony made this experience a pleasure. In Chicago, that would've been an all dayer with a final meeting with a grouch. Thank you Tony and thank you SSA Naples. read more

Waiting for a call back. Was supposed to receive one yesterday. Met with Agent and Mentor with my client 2 days ago. Can't get ahold of local office. No direct line. read more

Woman light eyes speaks English & Spanish natural nails long brunet hair medium eight maybe 200-230 pounds. Was extremely rude! My grandmother that does not speak English was with a man that did not know Spanish. The brunet refused to give her name & write down confirmations for my grandmother in regards to her Medicare. Extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend coming here. Hospitality is none existent here. read more

I sat up an phone appointment for Friday 11:20 May 22 over a week ago. At 11:53 they still have not called. I called and got some rude nasty guy that said he would message the Naples office and then hung up on me!. That is unacceptable. I am trying to help my brother and I am his POA. Trying to get anything done with SS is next to impossible and people wonder why we go off the deep end. ALL this red tape bull crap is frustrating. HIRE MORE AGENTS!!!!!!! I am so ticked off right now. read more

The woman at the entrance that you talk to after the security guard was so rude and unprofessional. The worst customer service and manners I've experienced with a government employee. She shouldn't be in a customer service position no matter how information she knows. We had 2 questions and she could only tell us that we needed to go online to apply for an appointment, which we had already done. She kept trying to have us scan the code for the appt, to go online to get the appt. I showed her that we had already completed that part and she kept insisting that we do it again. She desperately needs customer service training to learn how to speak to people. read more

Agent I spoke with was most knowledgeable!! And had great suggestions. Glad there is an iffice here in Naples!!

This office and across the united states is understaffed!!!!!! We hire all these people to help the IRS try to take our money and what about the senior citzens that are just trying to make ends meet. The agents are helpful but there is only so much they can do when they are spread so thin, I started on January 2nd 2026 after my husband passed away and finally got my problem resolved after spending hours on the phone purchasing my original marriage license for $50 and having it overnighted going into the Naples location twice ( the first time I was not allowed in because I did not have an appointment) on April 7th 2026, four months after I started. I had to continually call and wait sometimes as long as 45 minutes only to be told that there was nothing that they could do. Again it is not the staff but the system where is the help for the people that worked hard and only want what is due them. I am 81 years old and I cannot imagine how someone who is older would handle all this paper work!!!!! read more

Although I had to wait a while to see someone, I eventually did get fantastic service from Shane! Shane explained how the recently passed Social Security Fairness Act signed by President Biden would affect my SSA payment going forward. He was able to schedule an appointment for me that will bring me one step further in the process. Shane was not only informative but he was a pleasant and very nice gentleman. A real credit to the Social Security Administration! read more

It was a long wait but the professionals there were very helpful. The security guard was kind as well. Good signage from the road.

My husband and I were very impressed with the service we received from Javier Zapata who works at the Social Security office in Naples. I asked for his name since he was so wonderful. Javier Zapata was very knowledgeable and also very friendly and helpful. He processed our change in benefits application for us over the phone. And then he noticed we had not applied for a benefit for which we were entitled. He also made those changes for us. We have not had great service from our Ohio Social Security office over the years, so needless to say, we were very glad to work with this particular person! Thank you very much! read more

They have a good system in getting to a lot of people fast. They took care of us and we got the documents we needed for our taxes.

The wait was long but it's because there is tons of people in there waiting no to be seen. Other than the wait everything went very smooth, I checked in at the kiosk and when it was my turn I was done in about 15 minutes and got everything I needed to file taxes this year. Thank you !! read more

My wife and I recieved notices that we owed money on our medicare due to IRMAA. We scheduled an appointment in the Naples office for Janaury 9th to discuss the letter and explain why we should not be charged. Our epectations were very low.....its the government. However, we were extremely impressed with the two individuals we spoke to...Victoria and Kimmie. They were VERY acknowledgable and quickly understood and corrected the situation. We were done in 30 minutes...very impressed! Thank you ladies! read more

The people were great. They were organized and the service flowed well. I really thought it would be a long hot mess and it was just the opposite. The Security Guard was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the process. The staff was amazing and everything got done so fast and correct it left me with a good feeling about dealing with a government agency. The most important agency to me. Good job to whoever runs the place. Thank you for your service! read more

I made an appointment online for 2pm. I was there for 2 1/2 hours. People that came after me were seen and left before me. My number was skipped so I asked the officer about it and he was clueless even when he went and asked. Very poorly run establishment and I will never go back again if not required to. The people that work there are so unhelpful and seem miserable to be there. read more

Had to take my 80 year old mom in to take care of some paper work since my dad passed away. Check in to kiosk and get a number then the wait begins.. the numbers are not called in numeric order so you have no idea where you fall in the mix. We waited for over 2 hrs before our number was called.. in the waiting room the security guard walks around and yells at people for not wearing mask properly(currently mask required) reprimands people if their phones ring, or yells at people for drinking liquids while you wait in the abyss. Good luck if you have to call this place, nobody answers phones locally, lines are transferred to a National office somewhere in deep space. read more

whoever manages this office should be fired immediately! Customer service is lacking. They expect people to stand outside in a waiting line in the heat and inclement weather. Ever since they moved from the East Naples location the service standards have declined! very disappointing. I see that AARP has noted this about Social Security offices around the country in the recent newsletter. so sad that they are so unresponsive to the elderly and handicapped. read more

Phil works at social security in Naples and he should be promoted to management. I have had such bad experiences there but he made up for all of the bad uneducated inexperienced rude previous people. I cannot say enough good things about him-If you go to Social Security it would be a huge plus to get him because he's very knowledgeable and professional And gets it done rather quickly. read more
