8.30.25 Updating my review from 2 yrs ago. I was happy to see they were open on a Saturday. Only one employee was working the counter; so there was a long line. 6 people were ahead of me and after about 15 minutes it was my turn. The gentlemen was helpful and polite and within 20 seconds I was done. All in all. It is a USPS location and they are kinda like the TDMV, always busy and always a line. I'm sick and tired of my packages being scanned delivered to my address and low and behold they were delivered to another address! I'm done! I'll be spending my day tomorrow making calls to complain and get something done! Worst post office ever! After jumping through their hoops my claim for my lost package was denied even when I received a letter saying it was misdelivered. This office needs investigated because the amount of lost packages is suspicious. I wouldn't be surprised if they were helping themselves to the ones that just disappear. read more

When I hold my mail most of the time it isn't held. This time it's being held (6/27-7-1) and we still don't have our accumulated mail or any mail since we've gotten home. I tried to call the post office 7/3 several times. It rang 20-30 times and then I would get the busy signal. AWFUL!!! read more

The manager was so mean . They lost my package and when I try to tell them I have the picture of the label for them to look at. She said she doesn't care, she have nothing to deal with me. Been at my address for 18 yrs they keep delivering my mail to another address, when I call they lie to me tell me someone is going to get the mail or package to me. I got my medicine delivered somewhere and they never found it. I called they told me the mail was sorted somewhere else and when I told them I was going to file a complaint with the Office of the Inspection General they hung up! They need to get a new station manager or something to help solve the problems. This is the lowest rated Post Office in the area. read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. If I could, I would!! This has to be the worst USPS branch. I don't know how many times my package/s show delivered and they have in fact not been delivered, or are in the wrong box. When I've called with my concerns, the people I have spoken with are rude and not interested in helping. The last person I spoke with even lied to me about having spoken to her about an issue before. I don't know why I am having issues with my mail everytime I also keep getting everybody's mail except mine in my mailbox it's not cool I don't got time to be doing the mailman's job! I mailed a card from this Post Office placing it in the outside drive up box. This was two weeks ago. It was going to Trinity, TX not far away. I put it in the box about 10:30 am. I made sure I put enough postage just in case, I put two stamps on it. I haven't gotten it back nor has my sister received it. This isn't the first time this happened at the same place. If I could give less stars I would. I don't know what the issue is, but my mail is always delivered at my neighbors house, or I always get my neighbors mail. I have spoken to the post office twice and I have spoke to the actual mail carrier in person. It doesn't seem to matter what I do they still cannot get things right. I am not the mail carrier it is not my job to always pass out mail along my street. I even have a note inside my mail box to only place mail with certain names. I'm not sure if they cannot read it or what but if they can they just ignore it. Or there's times I won't get mail for like a week at a time. They need to get their crap together. Employees are very nice and friendly here but I agree with others that the long conversations need to stop when there's a line. Also like other reviewers I used to get mail for many other addresses and often received my mail marked "delivered to wrong address" so I know mine was delivered elsewhere also. Lastly, like others complain my mail carrier often pushed outgoing mail to the back of my mail box (even though the red flag is up). and just put new mail in front. This would happen for a couple of days! Has gotten much better though so perhaps they're reading reviews and changing staff this year! read more

I gone the Magnolia post office very long lines, called 30 plus wait time and went to Pinehurst where they were wonderful and said sorry that Magnolia is awful and so did all the customers in there! This post office is by far the worst! Our postman demands we check our mail boxes everyday, if we don't he sends back our packages. So if you are sick or travel and skip checking your box your won't get your mail. He leaves nasty notes in your mailbox and writes on your mailbox. None of my neighbors are getting their packages. I have had 2 sent back and one of the items is no longer in stock so I can't reorder. He is also very nasty. How do you allow an employee to behave in such an unprofessional manner! read more

Informed delivery is always wrong and I rarely get my mail when I'm supposedly told I'm going to in the email, I've had to run after the postal worker before to get my package, next day delivery has taken 3 days to get, and today March 14th 2022 I was suppose to get my check in the mail and it was stamped March 11th on the informed delivery picture in the email I got and it never arrived which is a first and sucks too since I needed it to pay bills, and I've also been living at my current address for over a year now and I still keep receiving the previous owners who lived here mail. Sometimes I put wrong address on the letters and the mail lady won't take it and just covers it up with more mail, and what's really frustrating is I'll call the Magnolia Texas post office and the phone just rings and rings and eventually hangs up and I'm never able to reach anyone. And can you guys please close the dang doors on the mail box instead of leaving them open exposing them to rain and causing the wind to blow everything out onto the ground? read more

I wish I could give no stars!!! This place is horrible, I wouldn't recommend to anyone!!! They failed to inform me on documents needed in order to get my passport when I asked if everything was correct and they charged me the $60 for the expedited service and I have yet to receive my passport and this was over two months ago!!! I missed my trip because of them failing to be knowledgeable about their services and have wasted money because I still don't have a passport!! Literally the worst store ever, the employee over the phone had a horrible attitude as well! Wouldn't come here if it was the only store open. read more

The weekend mailman refuses to pickup my mail... this is the 4th time I have placed outgoing mail in my box with the red flag up. The mailman pushes my outgoing mail to the back of the box and puts the new mail in front. The regular Monday - Friday mailman in good. The part time weekend guy need to be trained. read more

This place is a joke I've had my eBay business going for 20 years plus and not once have I ever been told that I need to add postage because I have a scale and I print my labels at home but they want to be difficult and expect me to pay more well I will drive 30 minutes out of my way to take a tour Post Office said knows what the hell they're doing it doesn't give me a hard time about everything I wish they were district when they go and leave packages on top of my mailbox or leave a sticker saying nobody was home inside my mailbox not even trying to knock on my doors! They always have a long line which is to be expected it's a small town but knowing you have 15 people waiting why would you carry a conversation about eggs and what you did last week and keep on going once you get your service done be considerate and have them move out of the damn way! I do not recommend this place and I wish they would open up another Post Office that had bigger parking area and at least not all these cracks and holes that mess with your vehicle read more

My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Today I've been refreshing the tracking page and every time, it says "A new delivery date will be updated when available." The tracking history goes as such- "Friday January 19 2018 12:16pm package departed USPS Knoxville TN distribution facility" and then everyday since at 12:16 pm there's been the same message "Package in transit to destination. On its way to Magnolia TX". From January 19- today (the 25th) the package has been "on its way to destination". You call those tracking updates? Where the hell is my package? On top of that, when you call THIS location (I called because I wanted to know if maybe my package was at this facility so I could come and pick it up or pick it up from wherever it is) there are nothing but automated messages that don't understand what you're saying when it wants a verbal response. So because I got fed up with the robot, I pressed random numbers until it finally said I would be transferred to someone. So then I was told that the wait to talk to someone is between an hour to an hour and 5 minutes (mind you this is for this ONE location) so now I'm at 2 hour and 32 minutes and counting and the robot still tells me the wait time is between an hour to an hour and 5 minutes. Great job usps magnolia :-) As much as y'all may want to be, you're not so popular that this location has THAT many calls waiting to last two hours. No, it's called being lazy. oh and btw if you call any of the other locations for help (none of them have robots the way good ole magnolia does) they turn bitchy once you give them your zip code and say you called the wrong location. So don't you dare ask them a general question that has nothing to do with your specific package because I guess they can't answer them if there's a closer location that can answer the general question instead! Needless to say usps sucks and they don't care about customer service because you're pretty much forced to use them whether you like it or not. I can't wait to move. Basically I just came here to rant to whoever wants to read it because y'all all know usps doesn't care and won't be fixing any of their problems anytime soon. nmagnolia is the worst. in the last 6 yrs their carriers has hotten so bad hslf thr mail dont get delivered or it gets lost in the mail,the person you msiled the bill to never gets it.have to send another check it pay over the phone you report to the postmaster dometimes they eill gind out most of the time they dont carw.if they get s good cartier they will put them on the weekend or another route.i have a p.o.box also just in case i have to go out of town .i was having my mail going to the p.o. some how if i get mail i might get some mail plus junk mail.if you can get someone to answer the phone at the p.o.they get paid so much for doing nothing really use to be rain sleet ,snow they dont do that now.at times i have seen them putting mail out at 6 and 7 at nite.they should be done by 5.start taking some of their time or cutting the pay. read more

If you're going to say that you delivered the package, then you need to deliver the dang package! This is the third time our packages have not been delivered at the time it says they were! We pay government taxes for our mail services and don't receive mail or packages on time. Probably the worst time we've ever had with a mail service! On top of that, I was sitting outside waiting for my delivery and the mail guy just zoomed passed me going about 40 mph in a neighborhood! I have had 3 different shipments of medication that was not delivered. 2 years ago my work insurance went to using mail order for our prescriptions. In the beginning everything was fine now over the past 8 months our prescriptions show delivered but we never received them. I would like to know how many people that use the Magnolia Post Office have had mail order delivery on their prescriptions come up missing; i.e. show delivered but they were never received. The first time it happened I called this post office since it is our designated post office and spoke with a supervisor she explained that they had an aerial picture of the delivery driver putting the medication package in our mailbox. That was all we got - I had to contact the doctor's office and pay for the prescription again using the GoodRX card. The same thing has happened 2 more times. I find this very unusual. If anyone has experienced the same problem please post a review stating this on this website. read more

Worst customer service ever. Certified package has been lost since August 31st and they don't seem to care. I have been to the post office several times as well as calling daily. They take your information and tell you they will call but no one ever calls you back. I will never use them again. read more
