They have a good system in place for efficient service to help the line move quickly. The two postal workers we interacted with were friendly, making small talk about where I was mailing the package. Since I'm originally from California and not that familiar with all the towns in Wisconsin myself, I was surprised they had heard of the small town I was sending my package to. All in all, great service and the other customers seemed content as well.

I had ordered a bedspread, and it was pictured with pillow shams and pillows online, so I presume that if I ordered a king size, it would come with at least two shams, it did not. And it was a real scavenger hunt to find them on the website to be able to order them after the fact. going back to the curtains, when they arrived, they appeared to be more of like a graham cracker color instead of a genuine, or burlap look. I promptly packaged the items, and looked online to see where I needed to return them. I contacted via email and tried to call by but couldn't reach anybody and so I returned them to where I thought they needed to be returned. I waited, and waited, and I never saw the credit of almost $100 back to my account so I started trying to contact them again, which is very difficult to do. I received an email back today stating that I had sent them to, not to the store in Wisconsin, and because of that they had sent me an email stating that back in September, which I never did receive, and that since they didn't reach me, they disposed of the curtains. So now I'm $100 plus shipping, and the curtains I love the bedspread I received from them, I would not recommend buying from this website or store for the reasons mentioned in this review.
