This place has some young staffers who seem genuinely interested in helping people out but the older ladies who work here always seemed put out by any request of any kind. The one thing that is the most curious is that they charge a fee for any package dropped off there. So, if you pay and print at UPS.com and drop off at this location they will charge you an additional fee. there is s a UPS store in Menomonee Falls that does not charge a drop off fee. Worth the drive.
