Missing mail? Don't call THIS post office. The (very pleasant) Wes will give you the exact same number you JUST CALLED (erroneously telling you that is the number to call for complaints) and when he picks up, again, he will tell you he can do nothing about your delivery issues. Nice guy. But this post office location is really bad. We miss mail constantly. The mailperson seems to come only sporadically. Then when the person comes, he/she puts mail in the wrong boxes. I feel sorry for the staff of USPS. I am unsure they test them for literacy. And whoever runs this operation does not seem to care about regular delivery, at all. read more

Over the last few years this branch has consistently delayed or lost my packages. Four days before they get around to scanning in a small package and sending it on its way, if I had dropped this off at the Livonia Post Office, it would have been at or near its destination in the time it takes Bloomfield Hills just to acknowledge they have it, and send it out the door to the next station. It's not just packages. Twice in the last year, checks with statements that I've sent through Bloomfield Hills have vanished without a trace, leaving me to pay finance charges on unpaid bills which I did pay, but made the mistake of letting Bloomfield Hills MIS-handle. Clearly, something is wrong here. Avoid directing your mail at all costs!!! read more

Wes (older man) is super accommodating and friendly. Have had mixed experiences with packages but no fault of the post office. They are understaffed though and there's usually a line all the way back to the door so come prepared to wait. read more

This location is easy to miss in a strip mall just north of the Costco Warehouse. I've been stopping in here occasionally to buy stamps when my regular location is closed or if I'm planning to go to Costco. It is a short walk from Costco and they are open with regular counter service on Saturdays. I've never experienced a long wait here and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. They also have PO Boxes available to rent as well as being a full service Post Office. read more

I went to this post office to turn in a package everything was ready what the label all it needed was tape .I wanted to buy stamps but the rude lady at the window was short black hair didn't have the courtesy to even greed her customers she told me go buy tape and you put the label on the box I just wanna know what is her job if I'm doing all the work I don't need her help !! She must hate her job, because three weeks ago the gentleman next to her was so sweet he help me and tape the box and took the label and circled around the receipt and said how was your experience at this post office.? read more

The worst USPS there is, my package has been lost twice and the workers are always super rude!!!!

Everytime I have gone into this post office the same rude grumpy lady has been working. Not only me but everyone in front of me has issues with her. This is the post office closest to my house but instead I am now driving to the birmingham location because they are actually helpful. I ship with Poshmark and Everytime I go in with my prepaid label she tells me "it won't work" and won't even try to scan it in. Every other post office takes my flat rate boxes. Please save yourself the frustration and go to a different location!!!!! read more

The man who works here is honestly always such a pleasant person. No matter how busy it is he genuinely has a good attitude. But MAN is this location so understaffed. The man needs help! They need to put more people working on the counter. This is a constant issue. And has absolutely nothing to do with the employee but the staffing needs. read more

This is an awesome post office that is located in a good area. It's in a strip mall right next to Costco and the dollar store. They have all the standard shipping supplies.. the staff is pretty helpful and will let you know.. hey if you ship the way you brought the item it will cost xxx but if you ship it this way.. you can save xx. Which is really nice. I come in a lot because people buy items off my poshmark and sometimes it will be two times a week.. and I have always seen 2 people attending to everyone. Staff is nice and polite and go that extra mile. I came in the day before Christmas Eve, cutting it very close, but they were nice enough to accommodate everyone in line counting down the minutes to 4pm. They have P.O. boxes you can rent and a 24/7 self post section! Love that it is a convenient location! read more

If I could give it a 0 star I would. Every time I go in to that place for work, I receive nothing but attitude. Not only myself but others in front of me leave angry. A young boy asked if it was ok to put to and from address the same, and The answer was very rudely given to him I don't know I can't tell you what to do. I asked how to change our suite number for our Detroit office, And again very rudely I don't know what you're talking about you will have to go to the Detroit Post Office. When I went to the Detroit Post Office they gave me a change of address card and said they could have given me that at the Bloomfield office. Absolutely on acceptable!!! read more

I went to Costco to get a passport type photo for government paperwork. Unfortunately, they were unable to provide the size I needed. The post office is a few doors down and said that they are able to print pictures like that and stamp the information I needed on the back however, she warned me that most people who come and get their pictures down said that the post office sent them to Costco saying that their camera is broken or some other excuse. I went into the post office and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, the women said that she doesn't know how to use the camera and that the women who does will be here in the afternoon, she thinks. Not sure what time. I asked if I can call and see when she's in or if she can call me, the answer was no. She told me to go to Costco if I had a membership. I told her the specific size I need, and she said, they couldn't do that size either. I answered, for someone who doesn't know how to use the camera, it's fascinating that you know exactly what size you can and can't print. I said thank you and walked out! A complete waste of my time. I will NEVER go in there again. A few years ago. They weren't very helpful either and after this experience, it reminded me of why I don't go there! read more
