Nice guy. But this post office location is really bad. We miss mail constantly. The mailperson seems to come only sporadically. Then when the person comes, he/she puts mail in the wrong boxes. I feel sorry for the staff of USPS. I am unsure they test them for literacy. And whoever runs this operation does not seem to care about regular delivery, at all.

Even if you're a local, and need to mail a bill, buy stamps, drop off a package, any of the things anyone needs from a post office in the digital age, this location is ideal. In addition, this is one of the few USPS' with a self-service kiosk that isn't broken, or otherwise out of service. That alone gives them a star. The couple of times I've been here, the employees were pleasant and helpful and not anything at all like I've encountered elsewhere. More stars for that. It's a little awkward to get here, though, as the entrance to the parking lot isn't a direct one, but rather requires a circuitous route around another building.

The worker proceeded to tell me the max she can scan in is 10 at a time. This was a blatant lie, I've gone to other locations and scanned over 100 packages before. They shouldn't have an attitude with customers asking simple questions about shipping international items etc. Before closing the box, I handed the customs form to the employee and asked if everything was ok to send. I was unsure if I could ship a can of soda or not; of course everything was described in detail. I know that she knew because she said I needed to be more descriptive than "soda", so I added "root beer" next to soda. *She* said it was ok. She taped up the box and then said to read the screen about prohibited items. One was that there were no liquids. I hit "yes" and she looked so irritated. She had to ask another employee behind the counter if it was ok. She came back and said no. She said "Ugh.. after all that taping we have to pull it out". She then took her sweet time to un-tape and and re-tape the package. It was clear that she wanted to waste my time because I didn't have everything perfectly ready for her. The takeaway: The Positives: The line was short (1-2 minutes). Negatives: Rude and genuine disinterest to help the customer. Uneducated on basic shipping rules. (2 out of the 3 employees while I was in were rude to customers. One older lady was very sweet and sounded knowledgeable.)
