But the worker was very rude, I apologized for that as I know it's probably annoying to waste your time with one person and they don't even end up sending it off. What I got was a nasty stare and no reply. Then she put the shipping label on the wrong package despite me clearly stating which one to put it on. And instead of apologizing she tried blaming it on me saying that I made the mistake. Even though the person beside me also heard me say which package very clearly. Then when we asked if they would replace the packaging she ruined by putting the shipping label on it and ripping off part of it she said no and to buy another if it bothers me so much. Very bad customer service and experience and hope to not see her again. I ask or hope that she can be fired or at least corrected for her behavior.

There is…read morea gentleman working there who is usually fairly reliable and a young lady who is anything but so you essentially have a 50% chance of actually completing your business. If I get the young lady, I know I'm not accomplishing whatever it was that I came in to do. Most recently, I came in at about 4:25 PM to pick up a package that they had already failed to deliver, waited in line for about a half hour only to get the young lady. She told me I would need ID in the last five minutes before closing and locked me out of the building when I went to get it. Not exactly accommodating, and bizarre because it makes the job harder on the business's end, not mine, they're the ones who will have to make another attempt because she could not be bothered to do her job. I wouldn't want to keep someone like that on my payroll, as it is a net negative profit and reputation-wise. Imagine if I had been picking up something medical or legal in nature, it's just a liability to keep someone like her on your staff. I shudder to think of the real world consequences that this disinterested employee's lack of professionalism could result in.

Honestly, I don't recommend this place at all; save yourself the trouble and don't let this woman ruin your day. She speaks Spanish and English perfectly. If someone doesn't like their job, they should get another one; if they're having a bad day, that's not everyone else's problem--being kind is free. Please, can you replace her with someone else?

She was amazingly kind and patient with this man who was continually making mistakes. She was so helpful to him. I just wanted her to double check my application before I sent it in. She gave me a very valuable piece of info. You should receive your new passport before you get your old one back. If you receive the old one but not the new one it has probably been lost and you need to contact the agency immediately. The entire staff here is very helpful.

There were hardly any customers there but there were 4-5 employees. I walked in and asked an older Asian lady about what would be the best way to go about shipping she mentioned several options and instructed me on how to package. When I finished I got in line and a younger woman attended me, I explained what her co-worker had told me and which option I wanted; she said those options are not available and gave me two more options. I explained to her they were important documents and needed them to get there safely. She charged me around $7 took the envelope and told me I was good. I asked for a receipt and she said it will take max 2 weeks. I called several times asking for an update and no one ever answered. 3 months later and my envelope just arrived. But hey it at least it arrived I was already thinking on the hassle I was going to go through if it was lost. Definitely recommend doing your research before going.
