They have probably…read morebeen paid off by my employer (big corporation with fancy attorneys) to dismiss my case with NO REASON PROVIDED after 3 years of it being pending. The Labor Commissioner may have also retaliated against me because I refused the unjust settlement. Another possible unjust reason for the dismissal could have been that my employer FALSLY claimed that I STILL have an ongoing lawsuit, which allegedly went from class action to individual lawsuit after I have been excluded from the class action. In reality, I have been excluded from the class action (as per Labor Commissioner request!) but HAVE NOT PURSUED AN INDIVIDUAL LAWSUIT because I can't afford an attorney and cannot represent myself since I'm not an individual lawsuit attorney (unlike class action attorneys who work on contingency basis) and have neither legal nor logistical knowledge of court processes. So, I am NOT a part of ANY lawsuits! To add an insult to the injury, the Labor Commissioner has never given me the chance to respond to this false allegations by the employer! She simply sent me a dismissal letter with no explanation! What's even worse is that they did go ahead with the settlement conference which makes no sense! How could they approve the settlement conference if they dismissed my claims?! I refused the settlement (which the hearing officer hated me for) because the employer was requesting for me to sign off and release ALL my past, present and future claims against the company just so that they could pay me what they legally owed me. A few months before I received the dismissal letter, the employer reached out this Labor Commissioner and requested to dismiss my case due to me being a part of the ongoing class action lawsuit for the same claims. The Labor Commissioner has than reached out to me and commanded me to exclude myself from the lawsuit or else they wouldn't pursue my claim, implying that I have no legal right to pursue my claims through multiple channels until one of them gets resolved (which is false as I do have that right). Well, their request has been fulfilled and I have since been EXCLUDED from my lawsuit officially by the judge (not to be confused with the lawsuit being dismissed, as it has not). However, a few weeks later, I received the notice of the closure of my case with this Labor Commissioner! They tricked me to exclude myself from my lawsuit AND dismissed my case with them as well! So I am left with no means to recover my unpaid wages! And, of course, there is no way to appeal their absolute monarchy decision as the only way to appeal it is through the Superior Court which you definitely have to be able to afford an attorney for. I can't believe these types of corrupt and bureaucratic practices still exist in the 21st century. The name of the investigator who closed my case with no reason provided in the letter is Brittney Skinner.

Sorocco Lopez seems to have very little knowledge and understanding of small business employers policies. She is paid to do her job, to investigate and be objective but she does not. Her brain is shut as she only listens to what "poor employee" says, the rest is automatically dismissed. Sorocco Lopez is completely divorced from reality. These is where our hard earned taxed money goes, to worthless bureaucratic state employees like sorocco Lopez. Your time will eventually end when people realize that we don't need to pay you to represent the State. Hard working people represent the State and not you, brainless bureaucrat!

The schedule during spring & fall is very flexible. I worked full time during the day & still managed to get a Bachelor's in 2 years at CSUB. Most of my professors were accommodating to me when I had serious medical issues. I met some professors that truly made my experience wonderful. Anytime I've had registering or scheduling issues, I was always promptly able to handle them thanks to all the departments. The facility is beautiful. Clean, spacious & always a lot of security & police. I love that there are different food options & a Starbucks. The student store is stocked & reasonably priced. I can't say enough good things about this university. I'm proud to be a Runner Alumni! Go Roadrunners!

The temporary repair will probably last a few more weeks. It's already coming apart best solution would be to repave entire parking area and entrance . The drive-through mailboxes are still closed, due to continued vandalism. I parked and went in, waited in a short line before I handed my letters to Frank the friendly clerk at the front counter my mail was in good hands. I asked him about the drive-through mailboxes and he said he doesn't know when they'll be repaired or replaced, What a shame, Frank was very informative professional The post office inside is nice and clean shiny floors and it wasn't busy, which is always a surprise.
