That is so unacceptable, they need better staff. If there's 12 people ahead of my call and I call at 10am, why aren't they calling me back that day when I've left messages and held my place in line? Not that day, the next day, or any following days when I've tried every day? Do they expect to have someone wait 3 hours on the line for them? If so, why have the option to hold your place in line and let them call you back if they have no intention of honoring that? They also shut down their phones earlier than the message says. If you call any time after 4:30 they hang up on you although the message says they stop at 5. Lazy and inefficient.

I recently stopped by to take some pictures for my siblings' graduations, and the campus has plenty of photoworthy spots with great foliage, architecture, and a little creek which runs through campus. This is also where I voted in the recent primary. It is so nice to have a public institution so close to home. I've been to a couple graduation ceremonies as my sister received her bachelors and masters here. They always do a good job with their ceremonies and were accommodating for our mobily challenged grandmother.

The schedule during spring & fall is very flexible. I worked full time during the day & still managed to get a Bachelor's in 2 years at CSUB. Most of my professors were accommodating to me when I had serious medical issues. I met some professors that truly made my experience wonderful. Anytime I've had registering or scheduling issues, I was always promptly able to handle them thanks to all the departments. The facility is beautiful. Clean, spacious & always a lot of security & police. I love that there are different food options & a Starbucks. The student store is stocked & reasonably priced. The temporary repair will probably last a few more weeks. It's already coming apart best solution would be to repave entire parking area and entrance . The drive-through mailboxes are still closed, due to continued vandalism. I parked and went in, waited in a short line before I handed my letters to Frank the friendly clerk at the front counter my mail was in good hands. I asked him about the drive-through mailboxes and he said he doesn't know when they'll be repaired or replaced, What a shame, Frank was very informative professional The post office inside is nice and clean shiny floors and it wasn't busy, which is always a surprise.
