My usual safety check location wasn't currently providing service, so they referred me to Usman. Usman offers walk-ins which worked perfectly since I procrastinated. When I arrived at 12:55, they had a Lunch Break until 1pm sign so I waited and parked in the lot. Exactly at 1pm, Jeremy (the safety inspector) walks up to my window. There were a ton of other parked cars in the lot so I was taken by surprise that he noticed me park while he was on his break. Jeremy was incredibly polite and clear with instructions. He was humorous as well which helped calm my nerves of going to a new location (I've been to places in the past who were rude and just wanted to check you off the list). I have come to see Usman twice now with problems with my car. He was recommended by a neighborhood chat that my friend is a part of. First time, I had issues with the AC. It was not blowing properly as well as a mile maintenance check up and the second time was last week when all of a sudden, my driver window started to rattle and the window wasn't going up. Both times when I have called him, he has fitted me in his schedule pretty quickly to assess the issues and both times, he has fitted me into actually repair the issue within days (second time was next day). The work is usually pretty quick too. He almost overestimates the time it take and then overdelivers with the speed at which the work is completed. He has a couple of guys working for him and they are all very nice! The recent visit, we showed up and Usman was finishing up an appointment, but his guys were on lunch break, so they turned on the TV for my kids. They finished up lunch quickly and got to work on my car and they were done in an hour! They have been very accommodating and honest. His fees are reasonable and won't overcharge you. His garage is located near Farrington Hwy near the Seafood City. He is on the corner of Leoleo and Leokane. His garage is the corner unit in the strip. Parking - the parking for this lot of businesses that he is a part of is very crowded but he will let you know where to park. Kid-Friendly - He has a TV in his garage and a table with chairs and some bar stools. Both times, he has graciously turned on Daniel Tiger for my kids and they have been happy to get some screen time while we waited for the work to be done (which has been pretty quick). Depending on your repairs, he also does have a loaner car he offered so that I could take the kids somewhere else, but I was too lazy to switch the car seats and they were happy to watch Daniel Tiger anyway. Also, the guys working for him also offered my kids some Magnolia Ice Cream from their lunch, so I hope you only get so lucky! It was delicious...but don't expect it! As I was driving my brothers car , it was dying on me during traffic time after work. But luckily , one of orileys guys told us that he recommend them! My brother just had his car fixed but not everything was getting done. Come to find out the alternator needs to be replaced and we came there by 8pm and they say it will be done before midnight! Just to update, I went back and had Nestor fix the AC. It was exactly as as advertised before. I got the condenser replaced and he discovered damage to my radiator. He didn't push, and only fixed what was needed. I will be bringing all my vehicles to him. read more

Trusted these guys too much, may be it's my fault. I came to get my AC checked, already told them it got broken into and the wires were cut by the harness but they said they can inspect it for eighty dollars. They kept my car for 3 days just to tell me the wires are cut and it would take a week for a "part" to come in. After a month of not hearing from them. I decided to ask for an update and they told me they're still looking for the part. I should've asked earlier but in the time I was waiting, I could've done more research or go to another shop.
