I just had my car's oil changed today and I know it's been done right because I have had them do other jobs for me. I asked up front what it would cost to have 0W-20 oil for my 2018 Versa's oil change, and there was no surprise. They even had on record that I had AAA and gave me the discount for that without me having to mention it. "They" means Ronnie O. the owner, who has been the face of the service center every time I've been there. I've had them do other major work for me on other vehicles and they advise me well on what I need and what I don't. They even redid a job of replacing front axles with more expensive parts when it turned out the parts weren't up to par. Not their fault especially since they didn't hesitate to correct it, and with no charge to me. That's not a cheap job to do. Most service places would have asked me to pay something more for that, or tried to tell me there wasn't a problem. As long as Ronnie is the owner, G & J will be my go-to repair and service place for a long time to come. I won't wonder if they're charging me too much or giving me bad advice, because I trust them.

I've been through here a couple times and service has always been great but today was just push the button and go twice. The young man said the Carwash has all the right tools inside to clean up your van and if you want to run it one more time we can and I'll scrub the wheels.... But the wash should really do all the heavy stuff..... Unfortunately not true and the van was still dirty after two wash's. $19 bucks gone

(emissions device)…read more I have never had such a detailed and thorough explanation of what was wrong and what was necessary to fix it. These guys did their research and spoke with Toyota technicians to figure out the repair when others may have just started replacing parts. Not only did they provide the old parts to show me, they replaced with factory Toyota parts and included the factory TSB (technical service bulletin). It was an extensive repair, but the hours they charged were very reasonable and the work appears to be top quality. Easily the best mechanic I've been to. I've brought in another vehicle before with a bad injector, which they diagnosed correctly and fixed right the first time. Very happy to be a repeat customer!

Double-charged, had services done without my…read morepermission and added to my bill, and only given 30 minutes notice to pick it up before it would be held all weekend+fined. I was told they open at 7:00 AM and to bring my car in ASAP. Came at 7:30 to a closed building and had to wait until 8AM. Then, they called me at 11:00 to let me know the car was done, and then again at 11:30 to let me know I only had THIRTY MINUTES to pick up my car because they close early, or it would be held over the weekend. I'm lucky I could find a ride and that I didn't work 9-5 Fridays like most people. If I couldn't get there in that very small window, they would have kept my car until Monday and charged me $100 for "holding" my car in their lot. One employee told me I could bring the car in any morning to check the progress of their work as long as I called the night before. When I called, they actually didn't have time for me until 4 days later. That's honestly fine, just shows an overall lack of communication between the staff. They also told me the original price was so expensive because it covered them checking when I came back for the second service, but they double-charged me when I came back as well. Overall friendly people, but definitely need to increase their professionalism in a few different areas.
