My husband and I have leased cars for several years. Our former leasing agent always used made…read moreeverything so easy. So when we moved to Oregon we really didn't know if we could have such an effortless and ideal experience. I found Oregon Roads online and read all the reviews. We decided to call them to get a feel of what their service would provide. Joy Rose was exactly what we were looking for. She was professional and understood what what we wanted. Leasing from her went smoothly. We traded in our older vehicle and we got the exact car we wanted in the color we preferred and at the price that matched our budget. Flawless and terrific customer service. We highly recommend this company.

Every experience has been so much better than any of the other places around town. While they don't have the service department or the huge lot of vehicles, the process with them is pressure-free and friendly. Also, you don't spend a whole day at the dealership if you buy from them, they know what they're doing and don't waste time going back and forth between buyer and manager or whatever it is the larger places do to drag things along. They also won't push you to buy something you don't need. Every time we've been there, they've waited awhile before approaching us, letting us look at vehicles without feeling like you're going to be accosted by a stereotypical salesperson as soon as you park on the lot. Also, if you're looking for something really specific, they do offer to do the searching for you and will get you the car you're looking for, if you can't find it here right away. I recommend Oregon Roads all the time!

I wish I wouldn't have given them a second chance... Yes I did regular oil changes and everything. As far as I could tell up till it blew everything was fine but looking at it closer after words it looks like the oil pump went bad. And they wash every area they can get to heads up..... when after a week of owning it started showing signs of failed gaskets(ie rear pinion seal, front diff cover) I talked to them about it and they basically said that it's your problem now.... I'm soooo glad I asked them if they actually looked it over and fixed anything that needed fixed and they can sleep at night saying they did...

This was hard to write a negative review on a couple young guys trying to make something for…read morethemselves but I felt like I needed to based on my experience this morning. To keep from making this too lengthy, I'll just give you guys some advise: When someone calls on a vehicle to make sure there won't be any surprises, be honest. The tires (especially the front) where in horrific shape, the body on the rear passenger side had some recent shoddy work done to it with a satin finish on a high gloss truck. Kinda stood out. Jimmy rigged wiring to a navigation system that no longer worked, and a thousand more miles than listed after only "3 weeks" of owning it. I asked Victor 3 times how long he was working from that specific location. He said 18mo. I immediately asked again and he said, "well, like a year". I said that I knew they had only been in the building for a bit over 2 months and he replied, "well, it's more than 2 but maybe like 8 or something." I specifically asked and was specifically told everything was working great and there would be no surprises. There was some more stuff but I don't feel like writing it all. The moral of the story is to be upfront and I could have delt with it for a better price or just not wasted either of our time.

It started the way these stories always do: A luxury car that looked like trouble in heels. She…read morehad the curves, the shine, the kind of allure that makes you stop thinking and start believing. Except the first time I met her in a PNW downpour the windshield wiper flapped uselessly like a limp handshake. Replacing the wipers was contractual. Basic safety. A correction to meet the State's prim-and-proper dress code. Still met with a laissez-faire attitude. When I picked her up, her glasses were still broken. I took the fix into my own hands--parts shop on the way home, a couple of tenners, a little elbow grease, done. Next up, the key fob. The emergency key was missing, the kind of detail that only matters when it matters. I brought it up, like an old lover who still believes a wrong turn should end with a nightcap and an apology. Instead, it turned from good cop to bad cop faster than a red carpet turns into a doormat. Then Murphy made a house call. The battery went low. She wouldn't let me in, like a partner who caught me gambling with the rent money. I used my one free call to get a locksmith to bail me out. Time and money burned on something promised on the first date. Next the check engine light blinked into life like it couldn't wait to hand me a bill and a lecture. Still loyal, I went back to them instead of the brand shop off the two one seven. One tip slipped across the bar after another. Reassurance she was safe to take out on the town without having to constantly look over my shoulder. It was just a false trail that kept circling back to the same code I heard on the scanner from day one. I was being led on a wild goose chase and suspected I was the stuffing. After months of silence and no new leads I picked up the phone to reopen the case, like a jilted ex dialing a number I know I shouldn't. The witnesses had "left." The records were "tied up." I was told the specifics about the prior investigation were withheld for "legal reasons." It read like the old standards had left the building, and she'd taken her charm with her. Trusting my first instinct, I took the old girl to the brand shop, the place that spoke her native tongue. They handed me the facts. No passing the buck. No song and dance. Workmanship you could hang your hat on. I'd finally gotten the full meal deal, but I'd lost my wallet in the process. I figured I'd give Freeman one last chance to make things right. I'd played this scene before, back when deals were clean and handshakes meant something. Back then, I had a number in my head and they hit it like a sharpshooter. This time it was a slow middle school dance on a wet gym floor, and every step felt wrong. The numbers didn't add up, even the Kelly Blue Boys gave me the kind of look you save for a three-card monte table. Sure, I could take a bruising, but I hadn't signed up to get rolled. The relationship ended with a love letter that read like a case file, our entire history laid out in black and white, followed by a reply that never came. Freeman was a name I'd trusted since I was a rookie twenty years back, the door I knocked on when I wanted a fair and honest deal, the place I sent friends, family, and associates. Somewhere along the way, it seemed they traded the Freeman name for the Saul Goodman Sunday Special. In this town, some places sell you a promise the way a magician sells you a trick. You watch the shine. You miss the move. I gave them every chance to play it straight, but instead I got a different story each time, ended up with the bills, and found myself alone in the rain without an umbrella. Ragged, like a mark who realized the gig too late, I closed the file, because sometimes that's the only win you get. Take a walk. Don't look back. The rain will wash the footprints away.

We are currently going through a bankruptcy and…read morecredit issues (trying to improve our credit); and needed a new(er) vehicle for my commute to and from work. With our issues though no one would finance a vehicle for us and we didn't have the cash to purchase a reliable newer vehicle on hand. We tried to work with a number of finance deptartments that claimed they could get us into a vehicle or specialized in "bad credit/bankruptcy financing" and none of them ever came through or it was nothing but a headache to try and work with them (having to chase them, calling them and not receiving calls back, etc...). I spoke to Krista on a Wednesday morning, by Wednesday afternoon she had called us back and texted the link to three different vehicles that would fit our budget and criteria. Thursday we went up to Hillsboro to meet with her, it took about 4 hours (shortest car buying experience ever!) from looking at and test driving a number of cars (more than 3) to driving home in our new-to-us 2012 Toyota Camry. We would completely recommend anyone having credit issues to contact Krista Hanson in the special finance dept at Dick's Auto Loans. She was a dream to work with. No pressure, very friendly, and honest. We were tempted by a different vehicle but knowing how many miles would be put on the vehicle we purchased she honestly pointed out that the Camry was bigger, less $$, and would hold it's value much better than our other (newer) choice. She has won our business from now on! On another note, Dick's Hyundai has amazing service! All the sales people and employees were so friendly and helpful. Always asking if we needed anything and checking on us. Made the already good experience just that much better!
