We then explored options to upgrade my sons phone from an old iPhone to a new one. I was told we could do the trade in and it would reduce the cost of the phone by $400. So I said let's do that. I again did not want the phone insurance and I signed and paid the taxes. After all of that he tells me oh we don't have the phone here you will have to go to Germantown to pick it up. So the next day I go to pick it up and they take my trade in and give me the new phone. I log in online and I see another phone line added. I call Verizon corporate to see if there was an error but there wasn't. The man at the Store didn't really issue a trade in, he added a line And added device insurance To 2 lines. So I go back to verizon after my two hour phone call with corporate and he try's to tell me that's what I wanted to do and it's a kids phone so just make him change his number and cancel the old number after 30 days. I said No! Since I wasn't getting a trade in I demanded I get the old phone back. I left there and called corporate to get my bill corrected and get that line deleted as I never wanted a new one to begin with. I get my old phone back and now am in the process of doing a trade in towards the phone I got that day but via corporate. Also come to find out the trade in is only $200. Oh and I almost forgot...he almost convinced me to upgrade my phone and I even paid off my installment on my current phone. I then decided to keep what I have but he said well I'm not going to cancel the order just in case you change your mind. I said I'm not changing my mind and to cancel. He didn't so I found a way to cancel online. Not getting that commission buddy. Needless to say my bill is a mess ($587). I've wasted countless hours on something that should be simple. I wasted gas driving to another store. Do NOT use this store! save yourself the headache and your pocket book from this nightmare And just drive across town.

FRAUDULENT transactions! Beware!…read more I went into the store to simply upgrade my Apple Watch from a Series 6 to the 7. I consider myself to be a fairly tech savvy person and advised to Keigan S. exactly what I was looking for. A) Per the current promo, you can receive up to a $150 credit when trading in your Series 6. B) Simply upgrading to the Series 7. This is what ACTUALLY happened: - He opened up 2 lines on my account WITHOUT my knowledge or consent instead of simply just upgrading my watch & keeping my same number. That added TWO activation fees to my account - He added the premium insurance onto the 2 lines that I DID NOT consent to which added $30 + per month to my account - He didn't take my Series 6 Watch so I could possibly get a $150 credit on my account More details below: Keigan advised there is no such deal going on with the trade in's and to just keep my watch and also advised that the watches are BUY ONE, GET ONE FREE. I knew that sounded sketchy, so I asked him again, so you're saying that if I upgrade my watch to a 7, I get a SE Watch for free? Keigan said yes and insisted that I should take the watch since it's literally free. It still didn't feel right, but I knew that I could call the AT&T Customer Service Department and verify later that afternoon. Keigan asked me what color watch I wanted and advised that he only has two colors left. I knew some watch colors were more expensive, so I specifically chose the one that was within my budget. I decided to ask him anyway and said aren't some of the colors more expensive? His answer: No. Which is completely wrong. Keigan then handed me the box for the Series 7 Watch and the "Free" SE watch, tapped on his IPAD and said "they" are asking for a $140 deposit. I asked him what the deposit was for, and he literally said I don't know? I looked into everything prior to entering the store and knew that the watch required a deposit, and the remaining amount was for taxes. He printed off what is supposed to be a receipt and handed it to me and started helping the next customer. I walked out of that store feeling sick to my stomach knowing that there was a ton of sketchy transactions going on there and I was going to get to the bottom of it - which I did. I called Customer Service and they advised that Keigan added 2 lines to my account, was supposed to take my Series 6 watch for the credit, added premium insurance to my devices, and charged me activation fees for these new lines that I DIDN'T need or ask for. I filled a formal complaint with AT&T and don't intend to stop there. I can't even imagine all the people who go into that store who aren't tech savvy or who don't look at their bills close enough to see what the "Keigan's" of the world add to their account WITHOUT their knowledge.
