BP tried one day, but the tool they were using to reprogram it, did not work. They requested we come back the next day when the manager was there. My husband went back the next day and the Manager attempted to reprogram the key fob. Unfortunately this time, the attempt failed. The Manager did not give up and suggested to replace the battery. To their surprise, the key fob worked!!! To my surprise, it's still working after a month. Thank you to the Manager who did not give up and made my key fob work again!!!

I requested a quote for air returns to be added to the upper floor of our home, due to lack of…read moreairflow. Two men stopped out and were very knowledgeable and thorough during their estimate. The most cost effective option we had due to a terrible designed duct system we had in our home was to add a split level ac to the second floor. I specifically asked both men if we had a larger AC unit or a new one if it would help with the lack of air flow to the second floor- They explained very clearly that it would not be be a solution for our problem as the duct layout remains the problem. However, after they left, they followed up with an email pushing to update my AC unit as it is very old and likely going to fail sometime in the near future. I am sure that upsell push was from sales, as that was contradictory to what both men told me while at my home. Regardless, it is the sole reason they lost us as a customer.

Bumping review up to five stars. The issue appears to be resolved, but we still don't have solid…read moreanswers as to what exactly went wrong. Folks with Ecobee experience seem to think that it's the furnace; AireServ seems to think it's the thermostat. The behavior seems to indicate something with the thermostat, but as is commonly the case he couldn't replicate when he was here (Rob saw it, as my witness). The technicians were both professional and at least trying to be helpful and detail oriented. AireServ cleaned up a prior install and rewired stuff so that the thermostat could do the job it was intended to do. As part of this task, the A/C had to be wired back in correctly - but my takeaway (based on what the technician specifically said) is that they are told they have a limited amount of time they can work on a job before they have to leave - instead of, "you don't leave until it's 100% done". This was called out as a concern - that the A/C might blow a fuse, and if so, "just give us a call and we'll come back out to fix the wiring". As bad luck would have it, went outside to do something unrelated, came back in and noticed the thermostat was off. Sure enough the 3a fuse had blown. It was determined to happen the moment the thermostat called for Stage 2 heating, which confirmed a wiring issue somewhere (the Goodman is picky about the staging, but I would never expect a fuse to blow as a result of it). This wasn't an issue prior to AireServ's visit - and they indicated it might happen. Which is why it's not good that they are timeboxed. The problem(s) (the below is still true and someone should raise flags with corporate): - The main AireServ service line doesn't recognize this ZIP as in the service area. North Shore is so close that one could feasibly walk to it - Rob himself was 15 minutes away. So their web developers don't know how to code a web site. - The main service line saw an address that used to be correct more than two years ago, but has nothing to do with AireServ and has nothing to do with any part of the service. The only logical answer is that they do some sort of public query to find records instead of just using the customer provided information (meaning possible inaccuracies in their data because of bad source). - The location phone number has no voicemail nor paging system, it just rings / hold music endlessly, which isn't helpful. According to Rob this is unexpected behavior. - Despite saying they (AireServ) have 24/7 emergency service, this isn't universally true. It's up to each location - and North Shore does NOT officially have emergency service. So if something gets messed up on a Friday that doesn't show itself until Friday evening or Saturday, you're screwed for the whole weekend unless one of them is willing to stop by. Not fun when there's a prediction for snow on Monday - if Rob hadn't seen the Yelp post, or if they weren't at all available, that'd be a 2+ day outage. Which is why someone should tell corporate not to tell customers they're screwed until Monday. Corporate should at least TRY to reach someone OR see if an alternate location can sub in to get the customer going. IT's one brand. So, in summary: as long as it's not Friday, you're probably fine, if something was done wrong, there is an assurance statement they provide to fix it - but that doesn't do you any good when the location doesn't work weekends.

Three cleaners came for about two hours, which seemed unrealistic for that scope. While some areas were done well (showers, oven, countertops), many others were missed. Baseboards -- which were specifically discussed during the walkthrough -- weren't scrubbed, several fixtures and vents weren't touched, light switches were still dirty, and the floors were mopped without being vacuumed first, leaving dog hair pushed into corners. After I reached out, the owner did send a crew back, which I appreciated, but many of the same issues remained. When I decided not to continue service, the owner's response was dismissive and defensive -- rather than taking accountability, he suggested our expectations were unrealistic and minimized the issues we pointed out which was especially odd since we had done a walk through together and some of the things he pointed out as areas they would clean were areas that were eventually missed by his own crew. Some effort was made, but the service did not meet the standards promised for a deep clean, and the owner's attitude afterward made the experience even more disappointing.

I purchased a brand new Honda Pioneer 700 from here. I was on site when it was delivered, and…read morenoticed that when the delivery person went to start it, it seemed to start quite hard, and this was in 70 degree temperatures. I had it for a couple weeks, drove it for a bit, and it always started rough. When it came to below freezing temperature, it would crank and crank, then finally it sputtered, and I needed to keep the starter engaged to get it to start, which is horrible on the engine, and starter. At this point, I had been using all the fuel the dealership had provided with the Pioneer, which I later found to be 87 octane. I drove it for a couple more miles and added some fresh 91 octane, probably around a gallon or so, that I purchased in Dodge County, without ethanol. It still started the same, and at that time I contacted the dealer, and spoke with people there. Advised them that the Pioneer just never ever started properly, and when it came to below freezing temps, it was almost impossible for it to start. They questioned my fuel of choice, which I told them I put in at least 91 octane, or higher, and preferably without ethanol. The first person I spoke with advised that "the new machines liked the lower octane, 87 in particular, and also liked the ethanol." I found this weird, seeing as small engine fuel pumps burn out due to low octane fuel with ethanol specifically. I had to replace a fuel pump on a small, 24 hp engine v-twin, and purchased a new fuel pump from a small engine dealer/shop, who advised me to specifically stay away from ethanol fuel, and also run fuel higher than 89 octane. I did that in that engine, and never had a problem again after replacing the fuel pump. I told him that the machine always started rough, and never did it seem to start normal. I told him my carbureted Honda started better than this, and this was the first fuel injected model I owned, and wondered what could be wrong with it. I was then transferred to a woman, who I later found out is the service manager, and had to explain the issue with her as well. She agreed to look at it, after agreeing that the fuel, especially around a gallon of 91 octane that I may have added to a 10 gallon tank, would have effected the fuel in the tank. The UTV was picked up, and more then 2 weeks later, and several phone calls from me to them, as they did not give any updates on what they found, or what the issue was, they finally returned the Pioneer. I noticed they returned my Pioneer with less then a quarter tank of fuel, and also noticed they left an invoice in the glove box. I will add what they wrote for the resolution, and also note, that it still starts the same, which is horrible. This morning was almost 40 degrees, and it took about 4 seconds for it to start. Their "Resolution" reads as follows, :Drained out all fuel in tank and put in regular pump gas 87 octane. :Would not suggest running any thing different. higher octane at gas stations are not used much and have been sitting in a tank for unknown amounts of time. :The higher the octane the flash point is different :I started testing unit in 20 degrees and started just fine :Had again tested starting after sitting overnight outside and temps were in the teens and again started fine after fuel was replaced. They also noted that they added 10.00 of Fuel to my Pioneer, which they clearly did not. Where did that fuel go, if you didn't put it back into my vehicle? Why lie about it? I am not sure what they are doing to get it to magically start fine, but it has never ever started fine for me. One other thing to add here, is that I have a plow on it. Whoever used the winch to raise and lower my plow, almost snapped the "U" bolt attached to the plow, by over raising the plow. It is bent so bad that it is almost ripped off. This is ridiculous. The dealer never ever even explored the idea that the fuel they are using is poor and could be bad, instead they blame the customer. I will never ever return here for anything, send anyone here for service, or to buy a UTV. Stay clear
