I made my payment cash payment to be exact and the cash payment that was made in person was never processed through the system now I'm not one to make assumptions but where did those $100 go if they weren't put in the system: so I called the customer service line to be told that the payment was never made like sir I literally went to the store 3 different times to be told that I still owe them money, after all that my internet hasn't even been restored. Was told that it can take up to 5 days to be restored I'm just so annoyed with all this. I do not recommend you guys to go to this spectrum store in Pasco WA

The carpets had been cleaned prior to them coming so that didn't need to be done. Only the bedrooms had carpeting. The house didn't look clean, didn't smell like it had been cleaned, and there was so much left to do! I suggested they eat bkfst before coming the next day. i wasn't paying for over an hour lunch. The next day was more of the same...not much got done that I could see. One woman sat on the edge of the tub and cleaned one blind at a time...it took her 30 minutes to do one window. I was clearly disappointed. She asked for more money as our house was bigger than what she thought. I honestly don't know what they did. I finally just asked them to go at 4 pm. 800.00 ...for what? We were so exhausted from our move...I couldn't imagine cleaning this house. I was still cleaning when our furniture showed up from out of state. I wouldn't hire these people (there were 3) and the owner was one of them. If I hadn't been so tired, I probably would have fired them after the first day and taken them to small claims court. Get a signed, detailed contract! I wouldn't hire them to sweep my front porch. ( I should have written this 10 months ago).

The water flowed under our washer down to the street (under our garage door). Plus through the wall on the other side/down the indoor flight of steps/down to the full daylight basement. Needless to say we needed: carpet/pad/drywall removed & area totally dried so No mold/mildew could grow. Once we new homeowners found out who/which kind of company to call, they were "Johnny on the spot" with their acknowledgment/scheduling/professional compassion! They came out the night of the day we called. They inspected/cleaned/dried areas affected by our small flood. Were very respectful of our family/pets while they worked. I went to Quicksilver when I was contemplating a major upgrade to my home theater/entertainment…read moresystem. Kathy first sent her two installers to my home to take measurements and do a basic assessment of what would be required. She sent me three system configurations, each at a different price point. After I reviewed these, I met Kathy at her store, and she showed me some of the components she had spec'ed out. I made my decision and paid for most of the hardware. I opted for a change between that day and the eventual install, and that added to the final price. One service that Quicksilver offers that will be unknown at the Big Box is careful tuning of the components before installation. Kathy unpacks the new stuff, adjusts the settings to render the best picture and sound possible, and repacks it for the installers. The same installers arrived at the agreed-on time and spent about a day and a half at my home. They removed the old system components, installed a new electrical outlet behind the new TV, and configured all the components to work together properly. Their installation was much cleaner than the old one had been. They removed all the packing material and other debris from my home. Quicksilver deals in mostly enthusiast-level, high-end components. With a few exceptions, you won't see the same merch on sale at Best Buy. Everything is top quality, and you'll probably pay more than you would at a Big Box store, but you will wind up with a top-shelf system. I'm very happy with the choices I made, both in the components and the merchant.
