Turns out, The professionals I wanted were in the middle of the mall (Phone Repair Lab). NOT BY THE FOOD COURT. Don't make the same mistake I did. I brought in a cracked iPhone 7. Everything was working fine minus the 2 small cracks on the screen. An hour later I return to find out my phone wont even turn on anymore. GET THIS!!!! He had the audacity to charge me for the repair even though he broke it!!!! I was beyond pissed off. He didn't seem to care. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!

When T-Mobile took over US Cellular and because of my Prior bad experiences with T-Mobile, I decided to move to a different carrier. It took three days of going back and forth with the people at Breeze line who were offering one-year free phone service and US Cellular.to get them to complete the Port out of my number Then US Cellular sent me a letter saying they had successfully Completed the PH Port Transfer on Dec 3rd. Then Us cellular turned around and billed me for the entire month of December and took it out of my Auto Pay ASAP, even though I had no service with them except Dec 1st and 2nd while they were completing the Port with Breezline. I called to explain but Their phone representative said SORRY we don't Pro-Rate!, BEWARE.!

Presently, I would rate them as one of the least responsive businesses that I have ever encountered at any level. We had one of their alarms in our business which required service, and after indefinite stalling, lies, and excuses, and a partial/incorrect installation, we sought out the services of another alarm company. It was the wisest thing that we did, and I would recommend to others, go the same route. Unfortunately, Yelp does not provide a zero rating, which is probably what this company deserves.
