In terms of the rest of the house, there are several employees who are very lacking- and sometimes very awkward, but in general I always get taken care of with the printing department and the gang! As a result of that screw up we got 2 day delivery which is less than half the cost. But no apology, no refund, not even a reduction to reflect the 2 day delivery cost. Don't make the same mistake we did. If you need a package delivered on time, go to anyone else. This place is a ripoff that doesn't care at all about its customers.
