Their manager Arlean is very helpful and always taking care of our orders and designs in a timely manner. I have been using this location for YEARS. Arlean and the gang always get our orders out quickly and to the level as we have created them. We have had printing, business cards, lamination, posters, coupons, and pictures and designs created and printed here forever. In terms of the rest of the house, there are several employees who are very lacking- and sometimes very awkward, but in general I always get taken care of with the printing department and the gang! The gentleman on the phone listened to my problem and what I'd done, told me he COULD fix it, but didn't recommend my doing so, because the problem I was trying to address was endemic to the hardware version of the PlayStation itself, not the fix I was trying to do to get around it. He warned me that if he fixed it, I would very well be back again in the future, because it would still fail in the same way again. We talked through some options, and eventually I decided on buying a new PlayStation, which was his outright suggestion. His honesty and his unwillingness to take my money for a repair he knew wouldn't solve the issue in the long run guarantees that he's going to be my first call if I find myself in need of such services again.
