this location just can't get their self service printing center together. which is terrible actually because it's the only one around. I think they know that, know they have folks bent over the barrel, and just don't service the machines regularly or properly. They currently have two machines, both are down. No plans to fix. Big fan of this location for a variety of reasons. I can't really say that I come here to buy printers and computers and whatnot, but in terms of the printing and marketing departments- they are so very helpful. Their manager Arlean is very helpful and always taking care of our orders and designs in a timely manner. I have been using this location for YEARS. Arlean and the gang always get our orders out quickly and to the level as we have created them. We have had printing, business cards, lamination, posters, coupons, and pictures and designs created and printed here forever. In terms of the rest of the house, there are several employees who are very lacking- and sometimes very awkward, but in general I always get taken care of with the printing department and the gang! I have went here numerous times, and each time it is the same thing, I don't feel I've gotten any good help and customer service, and their answer so often to stuff they don't have in stock is "you can order it online". Ok, so why is the store there if that's how they feel and don't bother to ask if you'd like to have it ordered and shipped to the store to pick up? The employees seem bothered that they're working at the store and don't seem they want to help customers. The prices are ridiculous, especially for electronics, no wonder why there's barely any customers ever in the store. It's not worth going here at all. read more

I go to Staples a lot. I've never had a bad experience. The staff is very friendly and more than willing to assist me whenever I have any questions or if I'm looking for a specific product. The rewards program is great. I use the rebates to purchase special items. I'm a happy returning customer. read more

Free Cookies and Candy upped their lacked of service and friendliness to give it 3 stars. I walked in here on a Saturday night and felt like somebody died. We had to use the color copier machine and so we went to work. No one ever greeted us or asked to see how we were doing. The workers seemed disinterested and sluggish. I even walked around the store while my wife copied. I sat in chairs, tested out the laptops, and played with smart phones without even a check to see if I needed help. But they did have a few free cookies and candy at a table in the front. I enjoyed a cookie and candy since I was starving and knew it would be at least an hour or more before we finished shopping. By the furniture they had half assembled furniture and boxes just laying around. The management seems a little lax here. But if you want hassle free shopping and you don't like even to be asked how you are doing then this is the place for you. And they do make pretty nice colored copies on their machines. read more

This review is for print services. A recent purchase of business cards had a set of the cards cut wrong and looked terrible. The lady at the counter tried to say they were designed that way. Didn't even offer to discount for the unusable cards. Very disappointed. No pride in your product! I'll take my business elsewhere. read more
