This is the first time I use the service and I found them to be reasonably priced and reliable. I used to drop off service and my clothes, ready for your time correctly, sorted and folded. read more

This place is not professional at all drop my clothes off pick them up the next day had a stain in my white scrub pants... ask them to put uniform on hanger and when the attendant brought them from the back pants following off the hanger... I advised the attendant that the stain were not in pants when I brought them in she called the manager and when she came I guess she were offended that I asked about the stain in my pants. She got mad ask me to leave the business if not she would call the police on me...so when the police came they couldn't believe the lady call the police because I were asking about my clothes so beware of the bad business this place offer read more

This is a terrific laundry! We travel fulltime, so we visit many laundromats, and this is the best one we have found. They did a wash, dry and fold service for us on a Sunday, and it was quick and well done. The place is clean and cheerful, the attendants are friendly and do a very good job. They heat their water through the solar panels on the roof, so it is a good environmental partner. The prices are very fair. You can do your own laundry here as well, and it would be a comfortable place to wait in. read more

Specialties

Betsy Delozier founded Creation Laundry to provide the people of Cumberland, MD with a service-oriented, family-owned place to clean their clothes and linens. That was in 2013, and we've been a community staple ever since. We're a laundromat you can feel good about using: Our giant machines are powered entirely by the solar panels on our roof. That's right -- the energy is 100 percent renewable. Our full-time attendants are there to assist our guests who stop in and to wash and fold laundry that's been dropped off. Additionally, we even offer pickup and delivery services when you're pressed for time. Whether it's a routine weekly chore or a major cleanup task, we're here to help lighten your load.

I've used this washing place about 10 times since opening. Gets the dirty clothes (and winter…read morefleece sheets) clean. Bathroom! Acceptable when I was there. Wi-fi good the times I needed it. Cable, cool! I would want more public transit but this is not the business fault. The wash prices were high but so are most other business credit card charges. No place to buy beer anywhere near this walking or busing. Laundry experience stinks enough, cable and wi-fi probably not enough for me to overcome boredom of laundry day. Probably why I'm forced to use Suds laundromat even tho Suds sucks and Suds (open only 4pm-7pm) seem to covertly block the most efficient machines with its own bar towels and then tell me I need to better sort my laundry?! While SUDS operating schedule seems to be a method to overt liquor inspectors, at least Suds got a place out back to throw one back and they support my favorite political hero. That is the only reason wash house did not get a perfect score! But pretty darn close. GREAT JOB WASH HOUSE! I AM IMPRESSED WITH YOU!
