Then we later brought my daughter laptop to repair due to screen was very dim could not see, he gave me quotes for $200 then he added taxes which is fine ,he told me take about 3-5days , it okay for me, after 1 week I didn't get it back I called him he said oh right now still diagnosed. So thinking probably he waiting for part, I gave him about almost 2 more weeks , I called him again and asked he said I will finish today, later on he called me he said the prices is going to be $250 plus taxes, now I starting to tell him is this how your business or is this how you are doing business, I gave him a lot of lessons and paid $250. i told him you never going to do any repairs from me. I paid what you are asking for. I would not recommend taking any equipment for him to repair. Save your time and money and headaches.

I walked in here, better prepared, and went straight towards the phone I wanted. Within minutes Pat, by far the best sales associate here, approached me and asked if I needed any help. After telling him what I needed and what I wanted, we were ready to take care of business. Being a longtime Apple iPhone user, and in that lucky crowd that was grandfathered in for unlimited data, Pat didn't try to persuade me to drop that feature. In fact he took the time to go over what I wanted in detail, unlike the store in Altoona. He covered all my questions and took the time to make sure I was set up to walk out of the store with my new phone ready to use. While he was setting it up he didn't try to up sale me on anything and did not continue to push. He was very easy to talk to as well. It goes without saying that I got my phone that day and will definitely tell people to come here if you are in the area.

I was told they'd look at it and let me know next steps. I was told I'd need to leave a deposit and I'd hear back. I received a call the next day, wherein a voicemail was left letting me know they'd have to order a battery and it'd arrive in 5-7 days. I never heard back. A few weeks later, I called for an update and was told that they couldn't find my phone but could see the work order and that they'd call me back. No one called me back. I called a month later and was told the same thing and that I'd get a call back. Nope. No call. Oh, by the way, when I "paid a deposit", I was actually signed up for a subscription for Asurion Home that I wasn't made aware of. I cancelled it, but not before I was charged. I visited the store today, as it's clear no one cared to call me back. The manager let me know they likely recycled it after 3 months. He said someone would have called to let me know. Spoiler: no one called me. I, however, did call at the 3 month mark and no one said a word to me outside of letting me know they'd have to keep searching and would call me back. And even though someone said they could see my work order when I called, today I was told there was no work order. I really don't know what to think. Was it deleted to cover tracks when they couldn't find my phone? Did one of them steal my phone and delete the work order? I mean, wtf is happening? From my perspective on the outside, I have to assume the employees either have a min amount of people they need to subscribe to Asurion Home, or there is some sort of credit they receive (it looks like I'm not the only one this has happened to) and the person who I spoke with did so without telling me. Regarding my phone, the manager says it was probably recycled after 3 months and that he couldn't help me. He said to call corporate (which I just did. They asked for the work order#, but that was apparently misplaced along with my phone). His recycled-at-3-months argument is nonsense as well, as my phone went missing after a few weeks. I needed the data on the phone and planned to do a data transfer (per the employee), so I didn't need the phone. It was a phone that wasn't in use. But now the data is gone, along with my phone. This really blows for me. I'm pretty upset and I feel like I won't be helped. So yeah, don't go here unless you're interested in a surprise subscription to Asurion Home and being out the cost of a phone.

I had Phone Doctor replace the battery on my Galaxy S7 today. I had already purchased the battery…read moreand they charged me labor. The workmanship is excellent. The battery was replaced and put back together like it was never opened. I actually got my phone back better than how I brought it in. (previous battery had bloated and lifted the screen). Service was completed within 2 hours. Although they said it would take one hour and when I returned they said they needed 15 min more which ended up being about an hour. Still impressive it was done that quickly. There was a steady flow of customers so be prepared for it to take a little longer than quoted (which happens). Parking is a little tough but its in the town of Herndon so take advantage of your visit by trying out some of the local restaurants and bars. There are many options with good variety. Its a quaint little town and a good opportunity to kill two birds with one stone. I'll be coming back here if i need to have a component in my cell phones replaced.
