They could not have had less urgency with helping customers. I get you wanna do a good job and help…read moreeveryone properly, but once they were done with 1 customer they would not help another one tell much later. They blatantly ignored the list of people in the order they checked in. They also just did not communicate very well on what the status of things were.

I wish I would've asked the woman's name who I was talking to but I didn't. I walked in the door and was not even greeted. I said "hi" and she said "hi how are you". I said "good how are you?" She said "good". I sat down and she didn't ask why I was there or what was going on or anything. Didn't even look at me. I said I have a couple questions. She turned to me with a disgusted look on her face. I said I recently upgraded my phone at a different location and they said I needed to send me old on back. Can I just give it back to any Verizon or do I have to send it? With complete rudeness in her voice she said "you have to send it. You can't just leave it here. " I said okay how exactly do I send it back? Thinking how to package it and send it without it breaking. She said very slowly as if I was a 4 year old idiot, "you put it in a box and drop it off at UPS." So annoyed with her attitude I said ok and proceeded with my next question. I asked why my bill was so high when I was told it wouldn't be that much. And once again VERY rudely she said "well you're just going to have to wait until after a couple months to see why." Um no, that's ridiculous. Verizon should have absolutely nothing to hide. I've never had an issue with other locations except this one. The woman was a total b** and she knew it too. I wish someone else had been there to hear how she spoke to me. I definitely would've asked to speak with her manager. Terrible customer service. Do NOT go here.

Welcome to my nightmare. Charter!!! We ordered a bundling package from charter. TV, internet, land…read moreline. They came on Monday to install. The tech said to my wife the router wasn't adequate. I know that was B.S. They could have still installed the motem and phone switch but they did not. We spent up to ten hours total making calls being told that a tech would be out and no one showed. We called for the umpteenth time and were informed I could pick up the motem myself and install which I did. (Bet I get charged the set up fee anyway). When I made the bundling order, I asked specifically whether my stations that I currently had with them would change. I was told all would stay the same. No changes. Guess what, they discontinued some of our favorite stations.We've been on phone and getting passed around like you wouldn't believe. No satisfaction. I'm ready to quit them and we haven't even got started yet. The contacts give conflicting information and apologize. The agents aren't the problem. They only know what corporate tells them to know. The misinformation/lying by corporate. Before you agree to anything on the phone. Make them give you the agreement in writing before you commit.

My cable box quite working and you would think that with a local location you could speak to…read moresomebody to fix it. But no. Ive spent over an hour on the phone over 4 different phone calls to get the situation rectified with no success and never an option to speak to a person instead of the useless answering service. This box is located in my business for customer use and has cost me alot of time and stress and is still not working. My advise is to pass on this business.
