They could not have had less urgency with helping customers. I get you wanna do a good job and help everyone properly, but once they were done with 1 customer they would not help another one tell much later. I can't even explain how terrible this Verizon is. I went in yesterday to ask a question about my bill after recently upgrading phones and plans. I wish I would've asked the woman's name who I was talking to but I didn't. I walked in the door and was not even greeted. I said "hi" and she said "hi how are you". I said "good how are you?" She said "good". I sat down and she didn't ask why I was there or what was going on or anything. Didn't even look at me. I said I have a couple questions. She turned to me with a disgusted look on her face. I said I recently upgraded my phone at a different location and they said I needed to send me old on back. Can I just give it back to any Verizon or do I have to send it? With complete rudeness in her voice she said "you have to send it. You can't just leave it here. " I said okay how exactly do I send it back? Thinking how to package it and send it without it breaking. She said very slowly as if I was a 4 year old idiot, "you put it in a box and drop it off at UPS." So annoyed with her attitude I said ok and proceeded with my next question. I asked why my bill was so high when I was told it wouldn't be that much. And once again VERY rudely she said "well you're just going to have to wait until after a couple months to see why." Um no, that's ridiculous. Verizon should have absolutely nothing to hide. I've never had an issue with other locations except this one. The woman was a total b** and she knew it too. i don't think it's possible for me to expressed truly how unhappy I am with this branch and particular store of Verizon ... but I'm going to try... 1 year ago today I went into this store to figure out why my phone was in dictation mode...the sales man quickly up sold me even though all i wanted was to fix the predicament with my phone. I will say they are very good at there job of upselling because i went for it. I believe in full disclosure so when i ask you how much is my phone bill going to be I don't want to hear "oh you'll have to wait until your first bill to process for that"... whhhaaaa? No, no, that's not how these things are supposed to work. I guess they started getting frustrated with my questions because they started to treat me poorly. I would equate it to when someone knows you want what they have and aren't really concerned about you (specifically in the way they speak to you.) i went in there a later that day this time with my wife. (This is the part of my review in which I'll tell you why i will never go back to this branch of Verizon wireless ever again) the sales reps were whispering amongst each other while quickly looking back and forth at me. After they had spoke Amongst each other for a while (10 min later trying to get service) a large African American man came up to me who worked there and said "So whatchu want??!" I was taken aback and asked him how much my bill was going to be because the Verizon app said my first bill was $800. He continued to disrespect me. Continuing to talk to me like i was some sort of drug addict and he was the dealer. I left again humiliated by this man. Only to come in a day later again (2 days after original purchase) and return the phone paying/losing over $200 in restocking fees and service activation fees they would t refund me. My experience with the entire staff of this store is infuriating and i have tried calling corporate and filing complaints. I can only hope this disrespectful man loses/lost his job. To conclude this review I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE GO TO THIS VERIZON WIRELESS STORE. They will treat you like garbage, talk down to you, and disrespect you. It's clear they don't care about you as the customer but rather the sales.... it's disgusting... you don't treat people like that. read more

Always have really good service here, both locations. Today in for complications and got everything attended to my satisfaction. Carter Quinn at the south location is my fav guy in the system here. I was there last night trying to trade in my old phone for the promotion (trade and get $300). I had already gotten my new phone in the mail, so they explained that I should be receiving a text within so many days with a promo code, and to come back when i have received that code. Even with all that they still worked with me so I could purchase s car charger and a screen protector and not be charged. I believe his name was Landon, thank you for taking time to explain the situation to us and helping! Very nice and extremely polite. Only Verizon I will visit! read more

I was misled by Verizon on many levels. They made promises and never followed through. They lied about the rebates and the amount of time given, they ran me in dozens of circles and I would never recommend them to anyone. They inflate their bills and will charge you for anything and everything and no one seems to really know what they are doing. I have had multiple phone carriers and none have ever been as disrespectful and rude as they are. read more
