Just wanted to relay my experience at HR Block. I really didn't like the way things were being done there, specifically how there was some sort of thought that I was trying to get out of paying my taxes when all I needed was an updated form. I guess this wasn't understood because when I asked for my forms back they told me to hold on. He then made me wait 10 minutes until the office manager summoned me back into his office where I was told to sit down, so that he could talk to me. He told me "Every year people try to do their taxes on their own and mess up. This is what we do all year around." I guess he thought I was going to try file my taxes fraudulently... To make a short story shorter I feel that I was being accused of something. I will never be utilizing or recommending their service to anyone. read more
