This place has good customer service and the pricing is fair. Their plans are also cheaper than other carriers.

Be prepared for a long wait if you go to this store. I purchased a phone online, and figured it…read morewould be faster to pick it up at the store instead of having it shipped. I walked through the door, and there were two employees helping customers. It was hard to determine who was the employee and customer, as the employees did not wear any identifying clothes or badges. In fact, they were dressed rather shabbily. In any case, neither employee said a word to me, they just kept on with what they were doing. Eventually one of them got up to get something, and told me they'd be with me shortly as he walked past. Shortly turned out to be about 30 minutes. I stood and waited as the employees set up the customers phones, took their payment, and transferred their data from their old phone. It only took 5 to 10 minutes for me to get the phone, activate it and transfer my data. Either employee could have done at the same time as their other customer. I can't blame the employees. They obviously know their job. But the system that they have to work in needs to be improved. At the very least they need someone to greet customers and find out what they want. If they're just buying an accessory or picking up a phone, why should they have to wait a half hour or more? Next time. I'm having my phone shipped to me.

*****STAR because: Super quick response to my comments. Much appreciated his reply. This person…read moredefinitely cares about his customers so will give them a shot now with any future repair needs. *STAR because: Never heard back from them on an email I sent about a Mac laptop repair. Could have walked in to their location, but why? If you can't return an email, you're suspect on servicing my electronics.

My experience here was truly unpleasant and infuriating…read more I stopped in to the Pearl location on 4/27. My phone has a loose speaker grill and the front glass of my phone needs to be replaced, as it is so scratched that the selfie camera is unusable. First off, despite being the only customer in the store, I had to wait ~5 minutes before the clerk came out of the back room. When he finally appeared I asked about the needed repairs, and the clerk said, "Sure I can do that." Then he told me that all he could do for the speaker was squirt some superglue up into the speaker port/grille and that it "might fix the issue but usually doesn't and blocks the speaker. But that's the only thing I can do about that." So the "Sure I can do that" was just a lie. That isn't a repair, that is squirting superglue and hoping for the best. Luckily I managed to stop him before he did it without verifying that I actually wanted him to do it. He quite literally was already reaching for the glue until I said "Well, then I absolutely don't want you to do that." THEN the clerk proceeded to pull out a screen protector box, and began opening it. When I saw him get the screen protector out, I asked him, "Is that a screen protector? Because I actually need the front glass replaced." He didn't stop what he was doing, continued applying the screen protector, and just said, "That's not worth it." Despite the fact that I already explained to him that I had a VERY specific reason for requesting that the glass of the phone itself be replaced. I never requested that he apply a screen protector, in fact I tried to stop him from applying it. He didn't even ask me about the type of screen protector, and installed a matte one. Even if I wanted a screen protector, I never would have selected a matte one, nor would I have applied it on an already heavily damaged screen. And, obviously, the screen protector over the top of the scratched glass does nothing to fix the selfie camera issue. He also installed it without the typical application tool, so the screen protector was misaligned. Frankly it really felt like the clerk simply wasn't interested in doing any actual repair work, and just wanted me to leave so he could go into the back room and chill there again. He was doing anything "repair" he could, as fast as he could, so that he had an excuse to charge me for it, even though he failed to do anything I asked.

I had my phone repaired at this uBreakiFix location under the manufacturer warranty in September…read more2024. Within a few months, the screen developed a bleed issue with a black dot showing. I brought it back for service under the store one-year repaired product warranty. From the start, the employee was dismissive and refused to honor the warranty, claiming the phone had physical damage and looked like it had been dropped. However, the bezel, display, and back were in pristine condition--no cracks, dents, or scratches whatsoever. No signs of dropping or damage. I asked him to point out the alleged damage, but he refused and just kept repeating that it was "damaged" and would not be repaired under warranty. I then spoke with the manager, who admitted there was in fact no physical damage, but still refused service claiming that screen bleed itself is considered physical damage. When I asked how they could determine the cause without running diagnostics, he simply informed me thats their policy. I requested to see where in the warranty terms it said that screen bleed is excluded, and he admitted he hadn't seen the terms in a long time and that I'd have to go online to find them myself. I took my phone to another nearby uBreakiFix location, where they fixed it immediately--no questions asked. This store's inconsistent warranty policies, lack of transparency, and unwillingness to stand behind their own repairs make it a place I would not trust again. While they did fine with the initial manufacturer warranty repair, it seemed they'd say anything to get out a store warranty repair. I can not recommend this location because they don't seem to care about customer support or honoring their commitments.
