There was also someone in front of me waiting. I stood around for 20 minutes before leaving. This is not the first time this has happened. Note to your training department.....if a sales associate is busy they should at least ACKNOWLEDGE the other customers that are waiting and give them some indication of what the wait time will be, if there are other staff members that are available or on break, etc. Just let customers KNOW what is going on. The sole employee did not ONCE look up and acknowledge me or the other patron that was waiting. TERRIBLE training. From the other reviews on this page this location needs serious customer service training.

This is a privately owned store, so I went to a corporate location in The Dalles and walked out in less than 30 minutes with 2 new lines and 2 new phones, after their iPad could somehow scan the same very valid ID. Finally after about a month, he stopped answering his phone completely, I got tired of it, and I drove in to get my phone. His location is 45 minutes from where I live one way, so this was a large time commitment. What I found when I got there during his normal business hours, was a bunch of mail stuffed under his door, his door was locked, so I left a note under his door with my phone number saying that I needed my phone back. This was about a month ago and I haven't heard anything back since I left that note. Now I haven't had my phone for about 2 months and I now am of the opinion that he stole my phone. I have made countless attempts to reach out. He is deliberately not getting back to me for some reason. Its worth it to go somewhere else, just not to have your items stolen from you.

My third call, I was able to select the right choices to hopefully speak to a customer service representative. I was then on hold for six minutes with no option to leave my phone number and a call back request. I just hung up and figured they were busy at the time. I called the Tech Guru again just before 4:30pm, adventured through the phone answering system again, and found myself on hold again for a customer service representative. I was on hold for just over 14 minutes before I just gave up. I don't know how their service is... I wasn't able to talk to anyone or schedule a service appointment. Very frustrating.

Called them late on a Saturday night for a crashed computer during this covid-19 Corona virus…read morepandemic. I have to have my report ready by the start of business on monday and the computer hard drive crashed. Turns out my McAfee virus protection had failed and let in some baddies. They got it squared away in a few hours and got my report recovered almost entirely. Your best bet is to look into remote connection repair and ask for Tony. I will be using them in the future but hopefully not to distant future. If I learned anything from this mess it is not to use McAfee at all.
