Needing a chrometastic device so I could screen simultaneously from my xfinity app on my phone to the TV, I called Staples as their website indicated they had a few in stock. Too impatient to order over Amazon, I called the store and they confirmed they had one and put it on hold, telling me no need to pay until I arrived to pick it up. Sure enough, at 9am the next morning when I arrived, the item was waiting for me at the customer service desk. There was plenty of parking out front. They were located between Petco and Safeway, two other stops I needed to make, so it was super convenient. I so appreciated their service and the fact that they stick a device that many don't carry.

I wasn't too worried because the show wasn't for two weeks. Fast Forward two weeks later, and I had heard absolutely nothing from them and I was in panic mode. I called and asked about my photos and they had totally forgot about me and didn't even have my photos done, AFTER TWO WEEKS. Instead of telling me my photos were ready, I was told that after two weeks, they still didn't have printer ink...and this is an Office Supply store, how is that even possible? I wasn't offered an apology or anything, instead I had to scramble to find another place that could print my pictures today because my show is two days away. Luckily, Print It Sign Media in Hood River, Oregon saved the day and had my pictures blown up and ready to go in two hours where Craig Office Supply had two weeks, forgot all about their customer, and then when asked about the photos, just basically said "Oops, we can't help you" I was blown away by the lack of professionalism and I will never go back there ever again. I highly suggest that anyone wanting to get their photos enlarged, take them somewhere else and not waste their valuable time waiting to hear back from a place that isn't even properly equipped to do what they say they can do.

I called him again the week after that, and he had given me more excuses as to why we had made zero progress. Finally after about a month, he stopped answering his phone completely, I got tired of it, and I drove in to get my phone. His location is 45 minutes from where I live one way, so this was a large time commitment. What I found when I got there during his normal business hours, was a bunch of mail stuffed under his door, his door was locked, so I left a note under his door with my phone number saying that I needed my phone back. This was about a month ago and I haven't heard anything back since I left that note. Now I haven't had my phone for about 2 months and I now am of the opinion that he stole my phone. I have made countless attempts to reach out. He is deliberately not getting back to me for some reason. Its worth it to go somewhere else, just not to have your items stolen from you.

My third call, I was able to select the right choices to hopefully speak to a customer service representative. I was then on hold for six minutes with no option to leave my phone number and a call back request. I just hung up and figured they were busy at the time. I called the Tech Guru again just before 4:30pm, adventured through the phone answering system again, and found myself on hold again for a customer service representative. I was on hold for just over 14 minutes before I just gave up. I don't know how their service is... I wasn't able to talk to anyone or schedule a service appointment. Very frustrating.

I called Jeff on 2/28 for a keyboard replacement for my ASUS TUF. Which has worked flawlessly for 4…read moreyears. I had picked off the backspace key and couldn't not get it back on. Apparently the whole keyboard had to be replaced. Sounds good. Was quoted 150$. Cool. Was told to come pick it up on 3/5 and that it was good to go. Got a call today 3/6 that the laptop would not turn on and apparently the ribbon cable was not connected to the motherboard. He mentioned soldering something and how it would completely break the laptop. He said That three screws were missing and asked if anyone has ever opened it before. No. It has never been opened before. Only used for school work. He said that the motherboard disconnecting was not from him because he went in from the top to replace the keyboard. FYI. Jeff. There is no way to go in from the top of the laptop. After we brought the laptop home and paying 100$ for Jeff to break my laptop we opened it up and it blatantly is visible that he flipped the motherboard over to access the keyboard and that it snapped the ribbon from the motherboard. With having a video of the laptop working fully the night before it makes it obvious that I not only paid 100$ for him to break my laptop but I also paid 100$ for him to lie to me and blame me for something he broke. 0/10 IGN. I know now not to put my faith in humanity again and assume that people have good intentions and will tell me the truth. Now I have to replace my entire laptop costing me 1k. Good thing my school work can be restored off the ssd hard dive. Good luck to lying ass Jeff.

They explained all the options to me: new vs fix with upgrade vs refurbished and even a less expensive choice. I ended up just buying a cable connector to attach an external monitor , but I'll be back to buy my next computer there real soon! They were smart, kind and explained everything ! We are lucky to have them in our little town!
