Prices are totally fair and you can add extra features like windows and shutters, planter boxes, ramp, etc. We opted to include the work bench and storage loft and I am so glad we did. It is going to make storing our camping gear and repotting plants so convenient. Communication and scheduling was super easy and they are very quick to reply and answer any questions. The installation crew (Isaac and Sam) were so professional and kind! They worked clean and were here when they said they would be. They did a great job. I provided supporting documentation and the begrudgingly agreed to match the price. I was not happy with the sales department so I canceled the order. They refunded all but $200 of my money. I asked why and was told they are allowed to keep the money for the cost of the paint. Why did they order paint while I was still negotiating a price match? If the did already get the paint and I paid for it then I want the paint. Customer service refused to give me the past tha I am being charged for. They owe me $200 and refuse to refund the money or provide me with the paint the charged me for. They are crooks!!​

Be prepared for endless phone calls and waiting on your order that never seems to come. Worst customer service experience and pnw shed does little about it. Go elsewhere, even if more expensive. It's not worth the grief, lost time and confusion. Pnw shed only cares you pay a deposit apparently.
