They explained all the options to me: new vs fix with upgrade vs refurbished and even a less expensive choice. The postal annex place in Hood River is much easier to actually use as a business and especially if you live outside of town at all and make trips to town during daytime hours to run errands. I'm sure as White Salmon grows and changes this business will have to adapt and offer more normal access during business hours but not sure if it will do so in time to survive.
