Needing a chrometastic device so I could screen simultaneously from my xfinity app on my phone to the TV, I called Staples as their website indicated they had a few in stock. Too impatient to order over Amazon, I called the store and they confirmed they had one and put it on hold, telling me no need to pay until I arrived to pick it up. Sure enough, at 9am the next morning when I arrived, the item was waiting for me at the customer service desk. There was plenty of parking out front. They were located between Petco and Safeway, two other stops I needed to make, so it was super convenient. I so appreciated their service and the fact that they stick a device that many don't carry.

I wasn't too worried because the show wasn't for two weeks. Fast Forward two weeks later, and I had heard absolutely nothing from them and I was in panic mode. I called and asked about my photos and they had totally forgot about me and didn't even have my photos done, AFTER TWO WEEKS. Instead of telling me my photos were ready, I was told that after two weeks, they still didn't have printer ink...and this is an Office Supply store, how is that even possible? I wasn't offered an apology or anything, instead I had to scramble to find another place that could print my pictures today because my show is two days away. Luckily, Print It Sign Media in Hood River, Oregon saved the day and had my pictures blown up and ready to go in two hours where Craig Office Supply had two weeks, forgot all about their customer, and then when asked about the photos, just basically said "Oops, we can't help you" I was blown away by the lack of professionalism and I will never go back there ever again. I highly suggest that anyone wanting to get their photos enlarged, take them somewhere else and not waste their valuable time waiting to hear back from a place that isn't even properly equipped to do what they say they can do.

This place is fine if you can manage to get there when it's open. It's closed daily for 1 1/2…read morehours for the owner to get lunch (I guess he's a slow eater) and that makes it impossible to rely on if you actually need a place with normal operating hours or with more than one employee. The postal annex place in Hood River is much easier to actually use as a business and especially if you live outside of town at all and make trips to town during daytime hours to run errands. I'm sure as White Salmon grows and changes this business will have to adapt and offer more normal access during business hours but not sure if it will do so in time to survive.

Would be nice if you could do UPS drop offs and get UPS boxes as well, but still FedEx works great for me (except when a customer specifically requires UPS for a shipment). Also great for printing out materials for trade shows and general marketing (brochures, small booklets) plus oversized prints (electrical schematics, floorplans). I needed something notarized, and this was the only public place I could find with notary services…read morein the entire Columbia River Gorge, so I came here. It took a few hours to track down the notary, who seemed to be on some kind of flexible schedule. But, once we were finally both in the same building at the same time, it went really smoothly. "Paying someone to verify that you are the person in your ID photo so that you can get a birth certificate to get a new ID even though you already went through this whole entire process when you got your driver's license in the first place is so much fun!" -no one, ever At least it only took a few minutes, and he only charged me $10. The documents that he notarized for me were accepted by the county clerk the same day. Everyone who I interacted with was friendly, and the store didn't seem to be too overcrowded as compared to some experiences I've had with UPS stores in the Sacramento area.

I am traveling from Idaho to Hood River and selected this location for my Amazon pick up. When I got there I was told they got the delivery but they might not get it sorted until tomorrow! I needed my item that day for a medical device. They did finally give me my order but charged me a $5 per amazon package for "handling." I had 2 packages so I had to give them $10 for them to release my packages to me. I travel frequently and have never run into a handling charge when I have selected a pick up location for my Amazon packages. I paid the fee and reported to Amazon.

We dropped our artwork off in June with a promise for a 6-week max turnaround. After months of…read moreexcuses, we ended up with one of our two pieces framed and the other unfinished mid November. There was no refund for the unfinished work. In the end, the owner was extremely confrontational about returning the one semi-finished work and the unfinished one. He tried to prevent me from leaving with my property. It took calling the police to get my artwork back. Now I'll have to take action (small claims court?) to get a refund on the unfinished work. I'd highly advise against doing business with this shop.
