Note to your training department.....if a sales associate is busy they should at least ACKNOWLEDGE the other customers that are waiting and give them some indication of what the wait time will be, if there are other staff members that are available or on break, etc. Just let customers KNOW what is going on. The sole employee did not ONCE look up and acknowledge me or the other patron that was waiting. TERRIBLE training. From the other reviews on this page this location needs serious customer service training.

This is a privately owned store, so I went to a corporate location in The Dalles and walked out in less than 30 minutes with 2 new lines and 2 new phones, after their iPad could somehow scan the same very valid ID. As he was transferring data from my old phone he said the apps would take about an hour to down load so I could leave and come back. So I did. I retuned in about an hour and a half. The person helping had gone to lunch so another employee told me "here's your phone." So I sat at the desk and looked at my new phone. I asked him why the apps looked funny and he said I had to hit the app icon on the old phone to reload. I believe he sherked his responsibility and didn't get that done in the First man's absence. It was taking a long time and asked him how long it would take. He said he didn't know. I started to have difficulties and had to call apple. Having a new phone in my hands and being on the phone with apple I was having trouble navigating my phone and began to escalate. The man who was charged with helping me just sat on a stool and wouldn't help. I asked him to put my new phone on speaker and he did. Never offering to help. 3hours later, I asked if they had a ladies room. I was told no. I said "I just spent a grand in your store and I can't use the ladies room. So some other man said I could look at the bathroom and agree I would not sue if I fell from the stuff on the floor. I asked where there was a bathroom I could use and was told Good Will Store. That is up a hill. I need replacements in both knees and have a bum ankle. So I just sat there. I then went to Starbucks NEXT DOOR and I was allowed to use the rest room without any purchase and was provided a lock code. Eventually all my apps finally loaded. I'm a 65yo woman from South Boston who survived bussing in the 70s who still rides a Harley. I have more testosterone than all the white boys at this store combined. The young man who was patient, kind and PROFESSIONAL deserves a promotion and a raise if not for exercising his patience, he should get one for showing up for work with those clowns.

Recently was up by Tacoma, Washington & had NO SERVICE. My family was trying to reach me, I didn't even have text service. Called US CELLULAR & she couldn't get my phone to ping off a nearby tower. It was super fast I got a case a Screen protector for 2 phones and charge cord and I didn't have to do much of anything. It was such a great experience! Shady business practice. They upgrade you to business even if you don't ask for it (I found out…read morelater the salesperson got a commission for it), and with a business account the wait times are 5x longer for support as compared to a typical consumer account (confirmed by a sales associate). Thinking is that a business is too busy to worry about being on hold to get a good deal so they gouge you and hope you just autopay the overcharge, which most of us do. Avoid this place like the plague so far AT&T definitely better and Verizon is the best in my recent experience

That being said, these employees are uneducated garbage people, and are creating a terrible culture and atmosphere which shows very poorly on T-mobile as a company.
