The female employee does not have good listening skills which resulted in having to call customer service to continue the buying process. This transaction took 1 hour and 45 minutes. She was quick to tell me that with the trade-in value of my phone, the additional monthly cost to our bill would only be $25. What she did not disclose was she added $23 a month extra for an upgrade feature and phone insurance. Then she was ready to send me out the door without any printed sales information which I had to request and did receive. I asked that she print the account information which would show the monthly bill and she said she would email it . I reviewed the email in the store and that's when I discovered all the add-ons. This store is not forthcoming or transparent.

I needed my item that day for a medical device. They did finally give me my order but charged me a $5 per amazon package for "handling." I had 2 packages so I had to give them $10 for them to release my packages to me. I travel frequently and have never run into a handling charge when I have selected a pick up location for my Amazon packages. I paid the fee and reported to Amazon.

Everyone who I interacted with was friendly, and the store didn't seem to be too overcrowded as compared to some experiences I've had with UPS stores in the Sacramento area.

This means they may not have your size, but it's always worth a look since shoes are often 50-60% off. Today I found a pair of black, leather Dansko ankle boots for just $69. Score! I can't say enough good things about how fast I was able to get a brand new pair of shoes which was mentioned to me a month prior about being sent out. I see some reviews about the management at Hood River but with those issues being persistent does pay off , especially with contacting the head of sales. Everyone has their days and being blown off is never right. Tracy was bar none the best fastest most compassionate owner of a small business I can imagine. I'm so beyond thankful for the customer service department on getting my issue resolved in just days!!
