I was upset with AT&T because of how they handled an unfortunate development causing my wife and I to lose our cell service when we really needed it. The agent who helped me (Breanna) kindly and efficiently helped restore our phone service. AT&T is lucky to have such capable people in their store because I was seriously considering switching cell companies until she fixed the problem.

HORRIBLE company. I…read morewas a customer of this company for 15+ years. Over the last few years, their coverage & customer service has gone way downhill. I changed providers just a few days into their billing period - which bills in advance. I was really surprised by their policy where I had to keep paying for another month of coverage even after canceling my service. They charged me for a partial upfront when I signed up. Why can't they refund the 'unused' portion of the month? That just doesn't seem right to me. Why should I have to pay for a service I'm not even using anymore, especially if the reason for cancelling was because the coverage/service was bad? The customer service rep I talked to only stated it was their policy. It left me feeling pretty frustrated and let down. I don't remember them telling me that 15+ years ago, that I would have to continue paying after leaving them Probably a T-Mobile decision. This experience definitely makes me NEVER to use them again..

My bad for taking a deal that sounded "too good to be true". Paid $105 for a phone that was returnable within 7 days. Came back on day 6 and was given $15. He said (after some more fast-talk) that I practically got the phone for free in the first place. When he realized that I was not going to give up, he offered me $60 in cash so that I would not go away mad. The cheaper phone that I had purchased before that, I was told, could not be unlocked for 6 months. Yesterday was 6 months & 1 week, so I went in to have it unlocked & now I was told that I had to have kept their service for 6 months. So now I can't even give that phone away without sending some poor sap in there for crappy service. BEWARE - STAY AWAY!!
