I needed to withdraw from one of my accounts..... they ask for my bank card, I say I don't have one..... give my license. Ok. She gives me a withdrawal slip, and the mgr needed to approve it because apparently you are not allowed to withdraw $$$ out of your own acct with a withdrawal slip!!! She let me do it this time!! Wow.

I traced this going back 3 years and maybe more. I had enough funds to avoid the fees. I had 3 accounts apparently they where not linked to avoid the money they were taking from one of my account. Granted they only reimbursed a few fees but not enough for all those years. So I went to the branch in Morris Park, that's when they said they were not linked this incurred the fee. That said they would link the accounts to avoid the fees. Guess what, they still were taking out the be. I just love new banks it's like new crisp money to me and this one is lighted up like a disco. They advertise the power of red but the place is is mostly blue ? It is open 7 days, and they got safe deposit boxes and free coin counting like TD Bank used to do. So now finally I can lug the 5 gallon water jug with pinnies down here and buy meal a happy meal at the McDonald's next door. They also posted no ATM fees and that you get $75 bucks for switching from your bank.

Bank around 1pm located on 3433 Jerome Avenue Bronx, New York, 10467 to take money out of of the A.T.M and 8 Hispanic women were standing inside the area where the A.T. M machines were located. Neither one of them came to asist me I felt that they were Racist, Prejudice Discrimination and Stereotyping me. I am a School Teacher, I have worked with New York City Housing Authority for 14 years, and I have a Master Degree in Education from Lehman College. I am 62 years old I have 4 daughters ages range from 26 years old to 42 years old and I have 4 Grandsons and 2 Granddaughters. I am used to performing all my banking On-line very seldom do I come into the bank. I did not know how to use the A.T.M and neither one of the Hispanic women came up to help me. I felt like I was a virus, germs or disease; also, I felt humiliated and degraded. I will no longer be going back to that T.D Bank the customer service is Horrible, Appalling, Terrible and Sad. I also felt disrespected because I look young but I know that I am old enough to be those ladies older sister, mother or grandmother. I went to TD bank located on 650 Pelham Pkwy S, The Bronx, NY, 10462, and proceeded to request a…read morewithdrawal receipt from the clerk. I completed the paperwork, and submitted it, to complete my transaction. As I submitted my transaction slip, I also gave the clerk my ID. The clerk proceeded to question my transaction even though the amount I planned to withdraw was readily available plus more. He then questioned my signature, and asked if my signature is the same as in the system. Afterwards he questioned my middle initial and then asked for my social security number. He had all of the necessary information and paperwork to complete this transaction seamlessly. Being rude and asking additional unnecessary information was needless. He is completely incompetent and incoherent. I unfortunately do not have his name on my receipt but they need to reevaluate their staff and hire competent employee.

The only downside to this place is that they have the old ATMs that only dispenses $20 bills, which can be a hassle and the lines can get super long at times even if there is adequate staff available, which is weird to me.
