Yes, I am An African American Lady and I work hard. On 6/14/2025, I went to T.D. Bank around 1pm located on 3433 Jerome Avenue Bronx, New York, 10467 to take money out of of the A.T.M and 8 Hispanic women were standing inside the area where the A.T. M machines were located. Neither one of them came to asist me I felt that they were Racist, Prejudice Discrimination and Stereotyping me. I am a School Teacher, I have worked with New York City Housing Authority for 14 years, and I have a Master Degree in Education from Lehman College. I am 62 years old I have 4 daughters ages range from 26 years old to 42 years old and I have 4 Grandsons and 2 Granddaughters. I am used to performing all my banking On-line very seldom do I come into the bank. I did not know how to use the A.T.M and neither one of the Hispanic women came up to help me. I felt like I was a virus, germs or disease; also, I felt humiliated and degraded. I will no longer be going back to that T.D Bank the customer service is Horrible, Appalling, Terrible and Sad. I also felt disrespected because I look young but I know that I am old enough to be those ladies older sister, mother or grandmother. These ladies need to learn customer services and to learn how to treat everyone the same because we are paying for their Bills they are not paying for our bills. Four notaries and a twelve minute wait. There is minimal seating. This bank was busy on a day before a major holiday. The actual notary public service is mere two minutes for proof of identification, signing, and stamping three legal documents. There is a platform bank associate who triage customers upon entering in a orderly fashion with a walk-in list. This location lobby hours are very convenient to open seven days a week. The staff is pleasant and willing to assist customers. Tellers are very lacking in staff, ergo a long line and long wait for teller service. I miss the company's Penny Arcade coin machine. read more

Good luck trying to simply deposit cash. I am currently at this location. I have been to all three ATMs, two walk-in and one drive-in. I've also been to the pull up window where the guy just stared at me and then walked away. That's so helpful. Apparently no one has bothered to empty the ATM machines so you can't use any of them to just simply deposit cash, arguably one of the easiest transactions to do that should require absolutely zero human interaction, but no. Some of the employees are great, but your only as good as your management. With no customers inside, nobody comes to the drive thru. Your standing inside on the line, 2 tellers. Swear your next, somebody pulls into drive thru after you, you already know. ATM constantly running out of money or out of order. Today bank is closed at 6:41pm but staff inside, 2 teens in hoodies asleep in the vestibule, one was blocking the ATM that was out of order. The other one in close proximity of the only other ATM. Not a bad bank overall this shouldn't reflect all locations but this one falls way out. Like I said they have good and polite tellers, but it isn't managed correctly. read more

Just came here to deposit some business checks for the month and encountered a Black male security guard engaging in profiling. He saw that I had checks and the checkbook out and continued to profile me, even going as far as to practically hover over the teller and myself while she was performing the transaction. This branch of TD needs to have everyone save for Felicia FIRED. My Mother has had her account info taken 4x and when going back after the first time this one rude male staffer just say's "Again?" No reasoning on why this kept happening despite having her card changed repeated times. No sympathy. She went to close her account out today. They have a sign in sheet asking what you're there for. Same unprofessional rep states "oh you can go to a teller no need to sign in here" Very unprofessional, anti social behavior. Then he has this smirk on his face the whole time. I went to close my account out and they state "You have pending transactions so until then we can't do close your account out." She could've informed me which one's but nope. Then there are only 2 ATM's. One outside for cars, the other inside. Half the time they're broken and the other half it's a wait. How do you have onky two ATM's? One THEE slowest banks in the history of slow banks. Trying to get help here is a full out joke. There's never enough tellers, and there are bankers that work here that are not knowledgeable and or hard to speak with. I'm literally waiting for a banker to help me and she's trying to tell me today's not a good day to get help about what I need help with I'm sorry, huh? How are you going to tell me today's not a good day to try to help me. Good thing I told Felicia Hernandez no thank you and I would still like to try as I traveled all the ay to the bank for assistance because we got through RIGHT away. Unbelievable.
