The one good thing that happened was that I made the decision to get off oxycodone after six years. Went back to my spine surgeon after 2 years of Dr. Yaddu. MRI showed previous partial directory has eroded to the point where the vertebrae are dropping out of line. Probably looking at my third level of fusion. My surgeon showed me a picture of my spine that Dr. Yaddu had posted on his practices' website showing off his "skill" in performing an Intracept procedure around my old fusion. The procedure was a complete failure. Seems like a lot of these pain doctors just use their patients like an ATM .

My Dignity Chandler experience in the observation area was horrible. the cubicles resemble cells…read more The ac froze me all night. Earlier staff were heard saying "68 is plenty warm for them ". This unit temp is centrally controlled at the nursing station. The ac vent for my cubicle was directly above my bed. I was admitted with pneumonia and sepsis. Cold air pouring down on my chest and very arthretic joints caused me unrelieved pain all night. I had on a hoodie and a fleece robe over my hospital gown. Staff brought heated thin blankets. They offered brief relief until they cooled down. I complained bitterly all night about the cold. I had the covers pulled up over my nose because even my nose was freezing! When day shift arrived the caregiver told me "I felt bad for you after I got home because you were so cold." She helped me go outside to get warm in the morning AZ sun. Getting warm eased my joint pain considerably. Coming in someone from day shift said to us, "the thermostat is right here. I'll turn it up". I'm sure the night shift considered me a problem patient because I complained bitterly all night about freezing and the cold increasing my arthritis pain. Why they would put up with a complaining cranky patient rather than turn the ac to 70 is beyond me. The nurse told me "we have 20 beds and only 2 bath rooms." They wanted me to use a bedside commode. I am old but ambulate at a quick pace with walker. The only relief I had from my ice box cubicle was walking to the bathroom. For safety they accompanied me. Staff let me know it was a major inconvenience to walk with me to the bathroom. Patients, especially elderly folks, can develop blood clots from not getting. Their convenience and comfort were more important than patients welfare! I have been a patient at Dignity Mercy. I have nothing but good to say about that experience. I was also a patient at This hospital Dignity Chandler for 5 days in June with pneumonia and sepsis. No complaints only praise. Because of this horrible freezing experience and judgemental uncaring night staff in the observation area. I will do everything I can to never come here again. Marlene Hickman

And the Medical Assistant was there to assist him. They were both very nice and helpful. If you are nervous, the Dr. asks and engages you in conversation to make you feel at ease. I highly recommend this Dr. for what he specializes in to make your Dr. appointments easy. Just praying to get good results next week.

If you are looking for a gynecologist, skip this guy. I have spoken with Banner Medical regarding the treatment or lack of I received. I was offered, at my cost, a return visit or to reach out to my primary doctor or go to urgent care. This was their solution after waiting for this appointment with a specialist. First and last visit to this facility. Highly disappointed.

It involved 8....yes EIGHT...visits and multiple cutting on my legs so I decided to seek other options. Went on. *YELP and the reviews were good for Metro Vein so google became my friend to stalk their office. Doc Johnston looked soooo friendly I decided to give them a try... . Yes..before you ask it is my 100% success method of choosing my doctors! What a GREAT experience I had from check in through checkout!! They did a complete ultrasound to look for any changes and then Doc Johnston came in with the verdict...GUILTY of ignoring my legs and I did need the procedure. To my.surprise he offered a procedure that only req 4 visits and NO downtime! Slimey stuff gets put in the vein thru tiny cut...10 min later you walk out! My instincts were right by choosing Doc Johnston and his wonderful office team! little things like a small fridge with drinks, mint packs on table and Claudia at the front desk greeting you with a smile confirmed I chose right! FYI..I was cruel and asked Doc Johnston if I could use the restroom when he came in room to do my procedure This was after his amazing and so sweet asst Jessica had my Leg totally scrubbed down ...prepped and sterilized...I am a brat! tee-hee! If you have simple spider veins you want treated, go somewhere else. They coax you into saying you…read morehave symptoms, other than simply cosmetic, to justify doing a pricy ultrasound that they will bill to insurance saying, "Insurance pays for it!" (but *you* will actually pay for it if you haven't met your annual deductible). Then, they'll say you have vein "issues" that they want to treat before you have any sclerotherapy for the spider veins you originally made the appointment for. I barely had time to get dressed before the doctor came in once the ultrasound lady left the room - definitely not time to truly assess my ultrasound results. Doctor came in and started right off recommending I have some sort of ablation therapy, and said we'd look at the cosmetic veins only after the ablation treatments were completed. It felt rehearsed, like they give every patient the same schpiel because they want to make more money doing a larger treatment than just cosmetic: basically, killing off a vein or two, and the blood flow naturally reroutes itself to other veins. No real way of telling whether it's *actually* needed, because even if it's not medically necessary, it doesn't sound like there would be any issues doing that - there are plenty of veins your body will use instead. The leading questions they ask are very vague, "Do your legs ever get tired?" I mean, after walking all day on vacation they'll feel tired. "Do your legs ever feel itchy?" Yes, in the winter, the skin on my legs get dry so I put lotion on and then they're fine. I don't have any actual physical symptoms that prompted me to make the appointment to be assessed for spider vein treatment, other than that they're unsightly. I was then told my "treatment plan" would cost $4900 out-of-pocket - and that's not treating any of the spider veins I went in to have treated. That would be additional cost. I cannot stress how far back into my head my eyes rolled. I cancelled my appointment immediately and have made an appointment at a different clinic that will simply treat the spider veins I want treated.

There seems to be a great miscommunication between the PAs, doctors and staff to the point where they are almost incompetent in handling simple prescription requests. Was already searching for a new doctor when I received a letter stating that they dropped me as a patient due to unprofessional discord. Well I can't say I would recommend this practice to anyone at this point and if being upset with the level of care you are getting is being unprofessional that's on you not me.

Had a poor experience. Only reason for 2 stars is the check in and reception process was efficient…read more After that the experience was poor. Went there on a Sunday afternoon at about 430. After getting checked in for a possible broken elbow, vitals were taken and MD examined. We were told the xray tech was in with someone and we would be next. We sat there for over an hour (I can't imagine one set of X-rays took an hour). X-rays were finally taken in less than 5 mins. Then after sitting another 30 mins, I asked how long it would be until someone could look at the xray. I was told "this is the part that takes a while" and that I "was lucky they were still on the day schedule because the night time wait time can be up to 4 hours." We waited about 20-30 mins then asked again how long it would be. They couldn't give me a TAT so we got up and left. We were there for over 2.5 hours to have 3 X-rays taken. And who knows how much longer it would have taken to have someone read the X-rays. I don't believe there were a large number of patients there at the time. The parking lot only had a few cars, waiting room was empty and the nurses desk outside the exam room had the same nurses/techs/MDs sitting there our entire wait. Their website says little to no wait. How healthcare should be. That was not my experience at all.
