Dr. Makris and the staff was super nice and caring - they checked in on me the next day and gave good insturction for the post procedure care. On every occasion I've had to email receipt of payments made at site locations more than 2 months ago. Why are payments not posted regularly. No explanation for this delay but final request for payment is sent not showing any payments. This is how patients are overcharged if they don't carefully review bill and keep receipts for all payments before making payments. Billing then ask you to email them with receipt info and wait 3-5 days to see if e mail was rec'd. The accounts payable and accounts receivable are horrible.

Made an appointment the same morning for 2 hours later at Loop Medical in Streeterville through a very user-friendly website and was taken immediately when I arrived, in and out in 10 minutes. No referral needed which usually isn't the case at hospitals. Test was self-administered user direct guidance. Had my negative result same day within 10 hours through the patient portal.
