They raised the rates and never informed clients. Then they charged late fees double the increase price and put locks on storage units and blocked you from entry by deactivating your entrance code without ever informing you. No one is ever there on site, No one ever answers the phone now and the recording says we are on another call or out of the office. BULL S. 3 weeks later and the locks are still on the units even after the increases were paid. No one returns or answers the phone. Now the mailbox is full and you can't even leave a message, its a endless loop telling you to leave a message but you can't. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! If I could give a 0 or a negative number I would. Diane in the front office couldn't have been more kind. She took me on a tour of the facility to see where my locker was going to be. She got me all setup with a free lock to use as well. She showed me where my new locker was going to be and made sure there were no questions left unanswered. The extra mile she went was much appreciated. The Facility is clean and well maintained. I told him I would be in the next day. I didn't make it but went in on a Saturday shortly before they closed. Jeff didn't at all seem bothered at my late arrival. We discussed the prices and they had gone up a little vs the online price, without question he honored the price and we went to look at the unit.
