They're also temperature controlled. My friend says she pays about $130 per month for hers. It seems a bit pricey to me, but you know your things are going to be safe and guarded from mother nature. The location is convenient as well. They're right down the road from my apartment. If I ever decide I need to store some things, I'll be coming here first.

We had to be out of the house the next day, but where do I turn at 4 PM in the afternoon... A Storage Inn to the rescue!!! I called and talked to the on-site manager explaining the situation. He told me to come right in. He set me up with a great little unit, did all the paperwork and had me out the door in 20 minutes. Thank goodness for angels! This was on October 4, 2019, I wish I could remember the young man's name. I just called and talk to, what sounded like a different gentleman, to make sure we are all squared away with nothing due. He was very personable and polite. This company knows how to select outstanding employees. The unit and the grounds were clean and well-maintained. When my husband was there unloading the unit he noticed a woman driving around in a golf cart and she stopped to pick up a gum wrapper... Now that is attention to detail!! Thanks to your staff for making a difficult situation so much easier.

I was no longer needing to store my stuff there and had a few days off and cleaned it out on the last day of the month. Ample storage was a 5 star place of business, quick response to inquiries or issues. A Very…read morereasonable and friendly owner who was involved. Unfortunately it sold to some A hole. They raised the rates and never informed clients. Then they charged late fees double the increase price and put locks on storage units and blocked you from entry by deactivating your entrance code without ever informing you. No one is ever there on site, No one ever answers the phone now and the recording says we are on another call or out of the office. BULL S. 3 weeks later and the locks are still on the units even after the increases were paid. No one returns or answers the phone. Now the mailbox is full and you can't even leave a message, its a endless loop telling you to leave a message but you can't. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! If I could give a 0 or a negative number I would. Customer service or Human Courtesy does not exist at this place. Reporting to the BB bureau and letting YouTube know! I might add that I have not missed or been late with a payment in 4 YEARS!!!

They keep bugging me to review, so I will!…read more I used them for about 6 months, I got a 6x12 unit I think and paid $69 a month and the month I vacated they gave everyone a wholesale increase in rent - mine went up to $75. I'm not sure how often they do this but it did happen to me once. The contract type you have here is month-to-month which I liked because I didn't know how long I wanted the unit. Unlike U-haul storage and some of the other places, ALL of these units are ground floor and drive-up accessible which makes it the easiest to load/unload your items right into or out of your vehicle. It's also open 24/7, 365 which many other places don't have. Staff was always nice. The only weird thing I didn't like was the weird plaster material that the walls on my unit were made out of, they chipped very easily and created a lot of particle dust in my unit. There were some spiders in my unit too, but that's not preventable I feel. If you think you'll get a unit here, ask them to give you the 2nd month free, they did it for me. I would rent a unit from this place again.
