So I guess Jesus saw Jeff charge me $200 for a set of these tires Pirelli SL 26 Scooter Tire - Front/Rear - 90/90-10 , Position: Front/Rear, Tire Size: 90/90-10, Rim Size: 10, Tire Type: Scooter/Moped, Load Rating: 50, Speed Rating: J 0531000 The tires he sold me have a 2015 date code as well so considering I'll have to replace them in 3 years - within the recommended 10 year window for replacing motorcycle/scooter tires he should have given me the tires free with the installation. Skip it. This guy clearly expects women to be a certain way/act a certain way. I was truly disgusted by my experience here and will never return, in fact - I will take extra time to make sure those within the scooter community avoid this place at all costs. I was called hun, honey, young lady and ignored it multiple times. When I came to pick up my part & pay for the labor I was told that I was 'getting the better end of the deal, ripping him off' in which I responded I'd be happy to pay what it's worth. Not sure if he expected me to be smiley and so grateful for his amazing manly abilities to do the work, oh boy thank you sir! No thanks. This is 2018 and not one male customer that walked in was any more thankful or kind or whatever it is he wanted out of me. He told me I had a bad attitude, assuming because I didn't profusely thank him for doing simple work and instead OFFERED TO PAY ITS WORTH. I responded 'No Sir, I just don't enjoy being called hun, honey or sweetheart in a setting where I am trying to have services rendered'. He responded hatefully, "What are you a femi-natzi?" and I told him "No, I'd just like to get the tire fixed and at this point I'd just like it back so I can take it elsewhere" He responded "I already fucking fixed it you princess" grabbed the tire, threw it at me and called me a c*nt, told me to get out of his store at which point I left and called the cops. I didn't even have to explain to them what had happened, because they'd been there many times before. This is a common occurrence at USA Scooters. If you promote hatred & ignorance, USA Scooters will probably feel like home. If you just want to get a service done in a professional manner - I HIGHLY recommend ANY other scooter shop in the city. If you drive a Vespa - modern or vintage - Vespa Shelbyville is the absolute best in the Midwest. Ask for Burke, he has worked on my Vespa since I got it from him 6 years ago. This guy is stupid as hell told him the problem with the bike an went a said it was this an that then took the parts off my bike a told me to come an get it an he is subject to close at anytime for winter an would charge me 30 a day for storage an he tried to put the wrong parts on the bike telling me that it still wasn't working he is very unprofessional telling me we can fight an caused my wife out he is not the person to take your bike to find someone else he is cheap labor but is nothing but a problem he wants everyone to be on his time like we don't have jobs an don't understand took it to him cause he sounds like he knows what he is talking about but he doesn't. read more

Jeff, the owner, is a bit rough but he does great work and treated me very fairly. Some people can't handle his in "your face" style sometimes but you should look past that and trust his advice and work. I did and am quite thankful and satisfied. read more

Great experience today with the guys at USA Scooters. I called this morning they got me in quick and I picked up my Baja Moped & Yamaha dirt bike in about 1.5 hrs. They did both service and had all the spare parts I needed.Very knowledgeable about my specific bike and told me important info on replacement parts. read more

this guy is so rude i had to put him in his place i called bcause the scooter i purchased from him 2 yrs ago wasnt turning on i only used it for one year a few times locally before i put it away i wanted him to look at it he said there are things you have to do i told him i took out the gas and the battery covered it and stored it away for the winter so i wanted to see if he could check it to see why its not starting and give me an estimate and he rudely said why dont you go f------ start it yourself and thats when we got into it thats what he does when he doesnt want to fix what he sold you he threatened me and said he would kick my a-- i pretty much told him yr the one whos a-- is gonna get kicked a few more choice words he is a thief over charges rude shouldnt be in business dont purchase anything from him a big 0 stars wouldnt let me post w/o a rating and theres no o stars had to put one star but he doesnt even deserve that read more
