I was new to the area and found this business online so I booked an appt. It was very easy to get in and even offered a next day appt. I was excited! I got a very basic acrylic Halloween set with a small ghost on two fingers, medium length not long at all. $75. I would be willing to pay that and have actually paid more than that at my old salon. But had long length and lots of nail art. I saw their pics online so I know someone does art and very cool nails. Not sure why they chumped out on mine? I like a lot of art. Even showed her photos of past nails of mine so she could get a sense of the shape, length and styles I like. Which all included lots of art. The lady I got was friendly and welcoming. I went to USA nails last night to get my nails done. I needed a fill in and polish over my dip. I chose the blue bc one I love the color and two it was dark enough to go over the nail color from before. They look terrible. I tried to say something while I was there and he said the second coat would fix it. I said ok believing what he said... They were about to close so I felt rushed and just left because he wasn't going to fix them anyway. I am not happy. I do not understand why I cannot consistently get good nails here. DO NOT COME TO THIS SALON. STAY AWAY OR COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF. I walked in for a full set Wednesday November 24th. My nails had ALL fallen off by Friday November 26th. The salon was closed on Thursday and Friday due to the holiday. Today on November 27th I went back to ask for a refund now that my nails had not lasted me not even 2 DAYS. The owner refused to give me a refund and wanted to do my nails again. I proceeded to let them know I am from Boston and would be flying out today so I did not have hours to sit there and get my nails done. She then said that I "Ripped my nails off" and was trying to hurt their business. (Although I went in person first to try and resolve the issue instead of just posting a review) In the picture you will see my nails are healthy and there is no way my nails would be healthy if I had "Ripped" them off. I have gotten my nails done for years and have never paid $65 for a French that lasts 2 days. As well the girl who did my nails mentioned she does not even work there and was there on vacation from Texas and helping at her sisters salon, they also refused to show proof that she has a license to even do nails in the state of South Carolina. On top of the horrible service, my sister and I FELL in front of everyone in this salon due to their broken wooden seats. This place is CHEAP and HORRIBLE customer service. I never post negative reviews but I sure am because they are thieves. I will be reporting them to board of health and will post this review because people work hard for their money and this is UNFAIR AND WRONG. read more

If you're looking for a reasonably priced and high quality nail salon, this is the place to go. Over the years I have tried many local salons (Diva, Bella, Blush) and have simply never left as pleased as I have every time I visit USA Nails. I went for an acrylic fill with gel polish and two pedicures (one for me and for my mom) and the entire experience was personalized and relaxing. Given COVID they do require face masks to be worn but offer refreshments (Water, Coca-Cola products) for guests to enjoy. Their current hours are Monday-Saturday 10am-7pm and accept both walk-ins and appointments. Great ownership, fantastic staff, and comfortable environment! read more

Don't recommend a visit to this nail salon unless you don't care and just want some nails on. They're super pricey first of all, a basic set of short nails with a black French $65. That was the cost of my sisters who went with me. That's outrageous. If you'd say they're short but have a detailed design that's a different story. Second of all, the nails start to lift two days later. Bad application. Yes I do know all about nails I'm a certified nail tech that just didn't have the time to do them myself and decided to come here last minute for the holiday. Never again next time I'll make sure to take out the time to do them myself. Overall $75 for medium length and a plain one color design that's money I could've used in supplies for myself. PLUS they hardly do any polish and they use gel without you asking for it. I was sat on a table with a male nail tech who placed the nails, put on the beads of acrylic and cut my cuticles to then have to sit back at the waiting chairs for 20 minutes to have one of the other female techs do the design because he didn't know. Inexperienced much? That's a turn off. Third of all, you could have a business all you want but some people have to learn how to be actual business owners and own up to your faults without fighting over giving someone their money back on something you didn't do right in the first place that's your fault not the other persons fault. Feel compelled to write a review, as it has been a very set long time since I've had such time and care out into a mani/pedi. I am not sure of the other staff, as this was my first time in, but I would only could back if I knew for certain Pierre was available to do my nails. He is the ONLY nail tech I have ever had who successfully cut all of my cuticles flawlessly, without making me bleed. My toes and nails were so perfectly done and I didn't have to worry about having to ask for the edges to be cleaned up. So so so pleased. Why I am giving it 4 stars and not 5: 1) I chose a very very light neutral blush (close to white) on the SNS swatches. The end result was lavender. Not even remotely what I chose. This is frustrating for me because SNS is not cheap and I have yet, having nearly gotten them 10 times now, found a salon where the color swatches match what you end up getting. 2) I was checked out by a woman. She wasn't friendly but she definitely was rude. Just neutral. I knew exactly what I was going to be paying, as the prices are listed on the cards at each station and Pierre clearly communicated what I was getting. The woman immediately rang me up for $5 more. I would like to think this is a mistake, but this is not the first time this has happened to me in a nail salon. It puts the customer in a very awkward situation to say something or not, and also, ended up taking $5 off of my tip to Pierre. I can assure you, overcharging people for $5 is going to cause you to lose money in the long run. I will write this time off as an accident but if it happens again, I won't return . Regardless. This will be my go-to salon IF I can make an appointment with Pierre. Hands down the best, most patient and thorough nail technician I've had. I've been here twice. The first time with one of the male techs and most recently with Cindy. Both were great! Cindy in particular is amazing. My nails and feet look great! Very clean very professional, a gem! UGH update. Was just in and not with Cindy but one of the male techs....he filed my already short nails down to bits and the color was so watered down it looks nothing like the color I selected. I'm miserable. Just got a pedicure at this location this afternoon. No need to make an appointment (unless you plan on going in on Sundays - when they are officially closed, but would do appointments if needed). I know this is pedicure season and on Saturdays, nail salons tend to be busier (at least for pedicures) as women tend to wear sandals more. I was in some ways expecting not a wait since this location sits back from the road, and cannot easily see the location as it is. But did not have much of a wait (under 10 minutes). Prices still are comparable to other nail salons in the area, but feel like you get more for your money (like a heated towel at the end of your pedicure). I am editing my previous review because I gave this place another try today, but I made sure that I got someone else. My nails are PERFECT and the people are awesome. I showed him a picture, and he made it happen! Thai, Cindy and Kim are definitely the people to go to if you want anything other than your basic full set! Not very satisfied with the $50 nail job I received this past weekend. They came out nothing like the picture that was shown to them, which was something that was even done there and was on their facebook page (with a minor change). The matte top coat was put on top of the glitter and made it dull and not shiny, and the glitter doesnt really faded nicely (like ombre glitter), but just has an invisible line where it stops. The polish is lumpy and not smooth and just looks very unnatural. The more I look at them the more unsatisfied I am with them. Now let me say, the gentleman that did my nails was extremely nice and my nails were shaped perfectly. My sister also got her nails the same day by Kim and they came out PERFECTLY! read more

I visited a couple weeks ago with my daughter- in law. My nails still look great. I use my hands from gardening to butchering and treat them badly so I was surprised it could take so much punishment. I was in a few days ago and the service was awful. The pedicure was so rough my toes are still sore. I had polish all on the sides of my toes and it had to be redone. Got a fill in as well and my nails were misshaped and looked awful. He hit the sides of my fingers with the drill twice and pressed down on my thumb so hard it cut underneath. Today was my second time visiting the salon. The first time I had a full acrylic set and gel polish, and this time I got a fill and gel polish. For the first visit I had Candy, and since she did such a good job I requested her today. The salon is clean and was not crowded the two times I visited. The first time I went on a Friday morning, and this time I went around 3 PM. My daughter went with me and spent her time watching the tv that is on the wall. There are about four flat screens, so you can view the tv from each station. I was there for about an hour, but the time went by quickly with the conversation I enjoyed with the nail tech. She was very sweet! I will definitely visit this salon again. I paid more for the gel polish, but I have pets and do a lot of hard work, so it is nice to have a sturdier polish. read more

This was a horrible experience, the owner lacks professionalism, manners and candor. The nail salon was dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke actually the owner went out on two different occasions to smoke in the front as customers were inside. He also got a massage from another worker while I was there as well. Unsanitary pedicure bins and nails clippers, saw two bugs in the bathroom as well and I had to change the toilet paper roll since none was on the hook. Wasn't asked if I wanted a beverage or magazine I had to ask myself. The lady that did my nails mentioned that powder would be better for my nails but failed to mention they were $55 charge and I was up charged on my pedicure as well. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, don't waste your money when you can go to an actual spa for the trash your receive here. read more

My worst experience ever...I didn't mind the wait, due to it being Mother's Day weekend. Upon arrival was told by who appeared to be the manager it was a wait but to make "ourselves comfortable" in the massage chairs. My friend I sat for approximately 45 mins, before a nail tech came over to run our water...ok no problem! I explained to the tech before beginning I had gel polish. She asked me to place my feet up onto towel to remove polish. She immediately calls another tech (younger female) to take off the gel due to what appeared to be inexperience. Ok now I am concerned at this point but still opptimistic. Then I realized nothing was placed in the water my feet were being soaked in and both techs never removed there gloves after finishing two previous clients. I asked my tech was she going to place anything in the water to soak my feet, she stated "we don't use anything, I can put this (holds up a bottle with blue pellets) it just turns the water blue."My friend is a nurse by the way. The new tech takes out a drill to use to remove my gel polish a procedure I have never had done, my friend either. I felt uncomfortable, she asked if I would like the foil method. I said yes please. I never raised my voice nor was I nasty. Then here's where it went crazy. I sat there for 28 mins, with the foil. I watched her clean 2 areas, go in the back get supplies, she walked to the front and went to the back sink began a conversation with a friend who had received services. I asked the tech assisting my friend if she could get her attention. She checked the foil proceeded to the back, her friend requested for her to do her eyebrows. She agreed, her friend then states addressing her by first name "are you sure you can do my brows, you got nails" of course referring to me. They chat some more and my tech proceeds to do her friends eyebrows. At this point I ask the manager can I please have someone else do my nails. He looks around (there are two free techs) and states nothing but I told you we were busy. I explained that I had no problem with the wait but the unprofessionalism unreal. Then he states, the lady she was assisting with brows had an appointment, which was a lie. He states I will let you get pedicure for free. I said no, can you please just take the foil off that was soaking my gel polish for 30 mins. He makes me walk bare feet to his station uses the same drill I stated I didn't feel comfortable with. He makes me place my feet on his trash can. He doesn't completely get everything off my toes. I didn't say anything, until he asks for 5.00. I said, "no" I am not paying, you stated the pedi I declined was free. Then he states he was not arguing with me but calling the police. I told him to. I had two witnesses, was not afraid. I never raised my voice, used profanity or addressed the tech. My friend is upset but not vocal and since she has just got her toes trimmed and the tech was working on the other foot she would pay. He charged her 30.00 for both our services which primarily consist of nail polish removal. I told him he was wrong and unprofessional. The manicure and pedicure were good, however a little more expensive for gel polish (toes) I had the french manicure dip done. My nails turned an orangey brown after two days, within 2 weeks they looked as if I had been digging in the dirt. I normally do not go to this location and I have been told my regular tech that the product on my nails was not good or old. Very disappointed in the dip colors turning brown. The only reason they got 2 stars is bc I didn't have to wait, was takin straight back. But I was told I had to have tips put on when I never wear tips. During the service my nail tech never spoke to me only to the other techs in another language which in my book is rude. My tips were uneven in length and the top was bumpy like they weren't filed down enough..not pleased with this experience and won't go back..and not to mention the price was high. $45 for a full set is way over priced. Can I give 0 stars? Called three days ahead for an appointment for two people , and we still had to wait 30 minutes to be started on. Not only did we wait but, we waited in seats that had no liner in the tub, which I find extremely unprofessional. Having the appointment start off bad, they then proceeded to file off the top layer of all of my mothers nails. Took over an hour for them to finish her pedicure, while I was rushed through both my manicure and pedicure. Subpar results for both, might I add. Prices unreasonable for the state of the salon and the workmanship. People were nice, but I'm not paying or nice, I'm paying for a good job. Don't waste your money or time. read more

The guy that did my nails didn't let me know the price and he went ahead and did whatever he thought he could charge me for that much.
